"Martin was a normal teenage boy before the country collapsed in an empty pit of economic and political disaster. A vampire epidemic has swept across what is left of the nation's abandoned towns and cities, and it's up to Mister, a death dealing, rogue vampire hunter, to get Martin safely north to Canada, the continent's New Eden." ~ IMDb.

I thought there was already a thread for this.

Anyways, this is easily one of my all-time favourite post-apocalypse movies <33 The characters are all likable, and the acting is great. Danielle Harris especially <3333 It's the perfect zombie movie, only with vampire fangs & agility. 9/10. It's just so beautiful, the scenery, music... an artistic movie.

So is this basically a zombie movie, but with vampires? If so, then I probably will actually check it out, because that sounds very interesting <3

Exactly that. <3 It's just vampires that act like zombies.

It's so hard to see Connor Paolo as anything but Serena's little brother.

So I saw this about a week ago and WOW O_O Aside from a couple minor bumps here and there (

GETS THEIR THROAT TORN OUT AND DROPPED! WUT! Danielle Harris, for once, managed to end up NOT being my favorite. She ranked #3 for me. I'd say more but Nick took the words from me with this one. Solid 8-8.5/10

I've had this in my Netflix queue forever, I heard it's one of the better horror films of the last few years. I'm surprised I haven't watched it yet.

Just got done watching this. Felt it to be a bit light on plot and characterization, and that its take on vampires, while certainly unique, was a bit too similar to zombies.

However, it more than made up for this with atmosphere, tension, and solid acting. I'll probably give it a 4 out of 5 once I get to work on my review.

EDIT: And here's the review!
