So the Thursday before Spring Break my internet went down because the lawn care people cut the cable while mowing. We called Verizon and told them that they need to get out here to fix the cable, since we already had a work order for the Thursday during Spring Break, so we just agreed and waited it out. Thursday rolled around and whatta ya know, Verizon's a no show. We called and they said they should have been there and that they would get them to come out the next day. We wait till the next day and still no sign of them. After calling all weekend we finally got someone who was competent enough to tell us that they wouldn't be able to send someone out until Today. The internet just got fixed about an hour before me submitting this.

tl;dr: No internet all of Spring Break and Verizon's customer service is shit, just like a lot of other business' customer service.

You think thats bad it took 5 weeks to get internet fixed over here...I didnt have access to the internet unless I went to a bagel shop for 1 hour and bought a drink or breakfast....

But did the customer service tell you it was going to be done on a certain day and then they not come till 4+ days later?

Actually they set up 4 appointments and 2 of the times they didnt show and the time they did come they said we didnt have a code to reactivate it since they never sent us it and they would schedule an appointment for a week later.

At least not in this area.. It sucks down here. Blazing download speeds of 300kb/s!
