hay guys just recently I found out that my next mission trip will be to Washington D.C. so your prayers would be nice
If any of yall have been on a mission trip i would like to hear of some of the stories

If im reading it right, the mission trip he is talking about is the Mormon one. If not, no idea lol. Im not a religious person, but good luck anyways :)

I'm pretty sure Zandi is talking about just a trip to D.C. done so through their church. I had friends in Texas who'd go on such trips and from the pictures I saw, it looked to me just like a group vacation with your church. Not sure what religious aspects are involved. Convert the northern atheist population?

I have friends who've done similar things as well, most of what they did was general community service, (helping the poor, etc.).

One of my friends is currently on a mission trip in Mexico. It's a Mormon religious trip. He has no contact with technology (that I know about) and is down there helping communities for the next 6 months or so. The only contact he can have with his family is through letters every once in a whole. He's been there for at least 2 years I believe.
