I have been on here for quite a bit and never introduced myself.

My name is Chris, I am from England, and I am 14 years old
I support Sunderland, and have lived in Japan before!

:cheers :) :653

Humid and very hot. Being from the North-East the major shock was the weather. It is a completely different culture, but the football tickets were cheap! Lived there for a couple of years, but didn't learn much of the language

Hottest it gets in England is 25 to 30, but in Japan 40-45 and Humidity of 80-100% most days

They had a lot of coverage of Italian and English football, would have the 3:00 kick offs on, if you had the equivalent of sky. West Brom were on quite a lot, due to Junichi Inamoto playing for them. J-League would be on all the time! I think the great thing was the J-League was on during the day, and Premier League at 11:00 at night.

would've been a bit late for me 11pm!, but live coverage of the 3pm games sounds great :clap
I know Juve have an enormous support base in Japan, its the only area outside Italy obviously which has more supporters than here in England. I therefore, thought they must show Serie A live.

Wonder if they had Nakata commentating or someone like that?

When I lived there Nakata was still playing, but I am not too sure tbh.

I think he wanted a move away from football, but the commentators could get on your nerves after a while
