The pricing is very strange! I can't understand why the prices do not seem to take into account the relative release numbers of the cards e.g. the Giggs autos are priced exactly the same despite huge differences in print run.

The decision to re-release 2003 autos is also a strange one - I just hope releasing a further 100+ of each card into the market does not affect the prices too much - this would not be fair on those people who had shelled out for the originals. Personally, I think the Owen 2003 auto is priced well below what one would have reached on eBay but a further 104 being released could flood the market.

For those who are interested (and like me collect multiple-colour jersey cards), I received confirmation from Topps that there are only red swatches for the Owen jersey. I think they will really struggle to shift 350 one colour jersey cards at 60GBP a go. I think 20-30GBP would have been a much more realistic figure.
