I loved that first hour too! It was like a DVD extra. Amazing to hear his real voice as well, even though I've heard it before, somehow hearing it with House clothes on was just shocking. I wonder how difficult it was to do all of the emotional stuff he's done as "House" in an accent? Spoiler: click to toggle I SO wish I hadn't spoiled myself! Edited by Mariah, May 22 2012, 05:31 PM.

Hugh Laurie is a brilliant actor. The first two seasons, maybe three, were brilliant, but then it began to go off the rails. From then on I only watched for House and Wilson. I got my dream in the end, lots of House /Wilson scenes. I've been waiting for ages. |

I just love him. I have the Sense and Sensibility DVD and sometimes I will just FF to his scenes. He KILLS it, with just a few lines that character comes to life. I have to go find some other movies he's done. Any recommendations? |

He was also in "Peter's Friends." All-star British cast including Emma Thompson, Kenneth Branagh, Rita Rudner, Stephen Fry and Tony Slattery. You can tell this movie was made in the 1980's or early 1990's just by the humongous glasses that Hugh Laurie wore. lolol |

I loved the ending. I have it taped since I didn't know I wanted to watch the first recap hour - I usually hate those. Since you guys said it was so good I'll give it a go. |

It's not a recap, more of a DVD extra about the cast, special moments, and making the show. I thought it was great. |
