Elissa and Judd talked this morning about Amanda's fake apology. Elissa SO has her number, and Judd said she did it for camera time and to repair her rep. They have her number. The reason people like Elissa is that she is the only one in there who isn't following 3AM's script. She has always known Andy was/is a rat, and no one would listen to her, specifically Helen. She showed tremendous self possession and did what SHE wanted to do this week, actually stood up to the McCranda's and didn't fall for Andy's BS. I liked Judd the most, but apparently, though still firmly against McCranda, he's drinking Andy's Koolaid. Honestly, Elissa is the only one in there that sees through him. I think GM does as well, but she did form that alliance with him. I really hate that Helen ruined her game, but Helen was/is such a complete idiot and so full of herself she would never listen seriously to what Elissa was saying. She may look ditzy, but I think she is smarter than the rest of the sheep in that house, and has more strength (balls) to take all the crap Amanda & co dished out, and stay firm. I never thought I'd like her, but I have to admire that. |

Yeah, but it wasn't a great game move; putting Amanda and McCrud up would have been a better move. She was blinded by her Aaryn hate. I usually don't pay any attention to these alliances since they tend to fall apart as fast they are made, but I think the guys (new) alliance might be real. Who knows for sure though with these people. |

I'm not completely sure about that. I'd rather have seen Amanda go, but for Elissa's game, getting out Aryan did make sense. Aryan's been Amanda's workhorse and would never stop. Without Ayran's comp wins, Amanda would not be have nearly so much power. Elissa wisely doesn't trust Aryan at all. One of them was going home, and Amanda was against Elissa anyway. If Aryan won that, she would still have had a win sending Amanda home. It's one of those "What was best for Elissa, not US?" things, and I do think Amanda has been slightly crippled here. They are both huge targets though. She tried repeatedly to work with Aryan, but Aryan would not. |

Hmmm, I don't even know what to make of that. Sounds like a load. Then again, if she DORs on Thursday, this guy can say, "I told you so." lol. On another note, look how crafty those editors are: https://twitter.com/hamsterwatch/status/371915622474448897 Edited by Cosmocrush, Aug 27 2013, 06:07 PM.

Yeah, I think it's probably bogus. Still fun to think about momentarily though. |

I don't think Elissa played much of a game until this week. She had MVP for two weeks and barely became acquainted with her fellow HG's until Helen took her under her wing. She walked around all haughty and superior, probably justified but not smart in the BB house. Finally all became clear last week about the McC's because of the Helen eviction. Helen clued in Judd during the HOH comp. And still Elissa didn't take down either Amanda or McCrea. I think taking out Aaryn is a mistake; she is emotionally weak and can be groomed by either side. Andy is stronger mentally. And I have the feeling the Judd, Spencer, Andy alliance is the one that's going to rule in the end. I don't believe the stuff about Amanda leaving. Didn't watch much at all yesterday though, so don't know how she was acting. Amanda looked a lot prettier in that picture. I think she's messed with her upper lip and her teeth. Well, the houseguests, except for Judd, shunned Elissa in the beginning. That was back when the mean girls ruled and anyone who even talked to Elissa was told not to. Judd was the only one who ignored that. Not Saint Helen. Elissa has been telling Helen for weeks about Andy being with McCranda and to stop telling him things. She looked at Elissa as if she was a stunted child, then promptly went and told Andy what Elissa (and Candice, and Jessie) were saying. Andy kept convincing Helen to vote out her allies, and she ignored Elissa saying "WHAT are you doing? There will be no one left to vote for you if you go up!" Had Helen listened to Elissa, she would probably still be in the game. Interesting stuff happened around midnight. Aryan finally made a decent pitch to McCranda. Among other things she told them no one would ever put up Andy, and he would float right to final 2, that she was not only THE ONLY bigger target in the house than Amanda, she could, and has, won HOHs and protected them. Anyway, it got to Amanda, especially the part about Spencer wanting Amanda gone and Andy. McCrae didn't budge though of course. In the hammock, GM and Judd talked and decided that as much as they can't stand Amanda, McCrae needs to go first. Oh and it was obvious pretty much all night long that Spencer and Judd couldn't stand Amanda, little quips at her all night long as she raged and micromanaged beer pong. |

It's wonderful that everyone seems to hate Amanda now, even McCrae. Jun's latest blog, and I think it's a good one. http://jundishes.com/2013/08/28/big-brother-alum/ Edited by Mariah, Aug 28 2013, 03:24 PM.

Good show tonight, they covered most of the strategy, except Aryan selling out GM, and Amanda finally was shown in all her glory. What the hell with that outfit at the VETO ceremony! :$ :) |

she clearly thinks her legs are her strong suit and that her arms are not. Exhibit a) the panties/long sleeve getups she favors. When did GM start to hate Amanda? For some reason I thought they were tight. |

Nope, GM has never been able to stand Amanda. She's been trying to get Aryan to see the light about Amanda and Andy for weeks now. She's spending a lot of time with Elissa, and now she wants "etiquette lessons and shit" because I honestly think she'd like to be more like Elissa. She said something today, some saying of her mom's, and then suddenly looked up and wanted reassurance that it wasn't something racist. She honestly thought it might be and is trying so hard to be more of a lady. It wasn't racist, and she was so relieved it honestly softened my heart about her a little bit. Well, that and that her life as she knows it is over when she leaves. She's going to be devastated, and her beloved job is gone, and I honestly think it's more plain stupidity, and never being exposed to many decent people. When "Karma" is going to smack someone into a probable suicide, I don't need to pile on that with my hate. I feel like her debt will be paid, overpaid probably. Sigh. What a disgusting season it's been. NOW GM decides to try to be a better person? I still hate all the things she said/did, but I feel more pity for her than anything else right now. Maybe that Amish movie about the school shooting and forgiveness I watched last night got to me more than I thought it would. |
