Judd was grossed out and said he needed to get a tetanus shot ASAP. Spencer said he'd get a antibiotics prescription.

She also said she was "top 3" of the girls in looks. In what universe? See screen cap above.

She'll be gone this week! Someone else too, yay.

These guys do most of their gaming in the wee hours of the morning.

And Elissa going to bed early has severely hurt her game. That, and staying holed up in her HOH room last week. Not that I really blame her for that but it was a bad game decision.

weaver, I'm with you about not really caring. Generally, I'm so sick of the hgs by this point in the game anyway but this year they started off disgusting so it's been an extra long game - and not just in the additional days. I don't know who I hate more: McCranda or Andy. I think it's a toss up but it's not good how much I hate Andy. He makes me stabby.

I'm not rooting for anyone at this point. If Amanda doesn't leave this week I'm even willing to believe that early summer rumour about her being AG's designated winner.

Earlier this afternoon I watched S2 episode 23 on youtube with Dr. Will, Hardy, etc. That was my first season (then I didn't watch until Evel Dick's season) and this show really has hit the gutter in the last ten years.

Amanda's leaving, no question.

Elissa has been staying up late with them now that Helen is gone. She and McCrae just had a LONG conversation in the backyard too, with hardly any "I dunnos" (his tell that he is lying IMO.)

Elissa just told Amanda she wants to save her.

She was not kidding. At least I don't think she was. Holy......

She may mean it, or she may just want to take Andy down. Hard to say, but crazy!

ETA she means it, she's giving Amanda her wedding ring as assurance.

Andy has already ratted out the plan to the Exterminators, and plans to tell McCrae Elissa switched her vote to Amanda.

Whom will McCrae believe?

I don't think Elissa is going to break up the Exterminators!

Feeders seem to think DR gave Elissa a heads up about her status in the group.

I don't think so, I think she already didn't trust any of them and the DR asked probing questions, as they always do.

Elissa was never part of the Exterminators, and they are stronger than ever and now trust Judd.

Aaryn Gries' mom apologizes for 'Big Brother' slurs
The evicted contestant's mother blasts CBS and 'Big Brother' host Julie Chen for using her daughter's comments to boost ratings.
By Greg Braxton, Los Angeles Times

September 3, 2013, 5:30 a.m.

"Big Brother" contestant Aaryn Gries, whose racial and homophobic slurs have sparked a firestorm — and high ratings — for the CBS reality show, has at least one ally — her mother.

Just days after Gries was evicted from the "Big Brother" house, Elizabeth Owens is speaking out in a statement to The Times, chastising her daughter but declaring that the remarks are not reflective of Gries' upbringing or her true character.

"While I love and continue to support my daughter Aaryn, words cannot describe my disappointment in some of her comments made on 'Big Brother,'" Owens wrote. "These inappropriate comments certainly do not represent the value system under which her father and I have raised her. Aaryn is a young 22-year-old college student that has spent 70 days living in a fish bowl and making mistakes for America to see."

Owens lashed out at the show's producers and host Julie Chen, saying that "Big Brother" has highlighted Gries' missteps in a blatant attempt to boost ratings. The series, in which several contestants are isolated without contact with the outside world, has been one of CBS' highest-rated summer performers.

Gries was kicked out of the "Big Brother" house Thursday during the live weekly episode in which houseguests vote off a contestant. She has been fired from her job at a modeling agency as a result of her remarks but is not aware of the fallout because she remains isolated as part of a jury of ousted contestants who will determine the winner on the season finale Sept. 18.

Many of Gries' remarks came in the early weeks of the contest and were shown on a 24-hour live Web stream.

Referring to African American houseguest Candice Stewart, Gries said, "Be careful what you say in the dark, might not get to see the bitch." In one episode, she flipped over Stewart's mattress and mocked her while adopting a stereotypical black accent.

At another point, Gries said to an Asian American contestant, "Shut up, go make some rice," and used a homophobic term to describe another houseguest.

The slurs by Gries and another houseguest, GinaMarie Zimmerman (who is still in the house), have ignited a charged controversy around the show, which is in its 15th season.

Chen, who is Asian American, said the comments were "extremely hurtful," calling Gries "ignorant, young and immature." CBS Corp. Chief Executive Leslie Moonves, who is married to Chen, called the remarks "absolutely appalling."

In the wake of the furor in July over the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death ofTrayvon Martin, CBS distanced itself from the racially charged comments on the show, taking the unusual step of airing disclaimers before several episodes.

During a tense interview with Chen following her eviction, Gries was alternately defensive ("I have said some things that have been taken completely out of context") and remorseful ("I feel horrible").

In her statement to The Times, Owens wrote that she wanted "Americans to see the young woman that I know; Aaryn is kind, loving and generous, though certainly not perfect and without fault in this incidence."

Gries attended her senior prom with an African American man, "one of her closest friends through high school," Owens wrote.

"Aaryn's first true love was Cuban American, and she has cousins of Japanese descent who she truly loves," she added. "She has never discriminated against anyone for their sexual orientation whether within our family or not. Aaryn truly loves all people equally."

She added that Gries, who is from San Angelo, Texas, recently sponsored a little girl in the Philippines through the Save the Children program.

Owens accused "Big Brother" of exploiting Gries' controversial behavior while downplaying her subsequent apologies.

Hmmm, the Amanda as designated winner rumour is starting to gain credibility. Amanda was making her argument to Elissa last night on BBAD and then went in the kitchen and laughed it all off. A couple hours later, the DR convinces her to save Amanda? I'm disgusted and hate them all.

Don't get what Andy is trying to achieve.

Is he pretending to be on McC's side just to keep up to date with information? If he votes to keep Amanda, on his side would be mccranda, elissa and himself, against him would be GM and Judd. If he votes to keep spencer, on his side is GM, Spencer, Judd and himself, against him are McC and elissa. I dunno, its kind of a crap shoot.

There was some talk that the exterminators are "exposing" elissa, but she is already exposed, she gave her ring to Amanda.

And if there is a tie vote, and GM is forced to pick, there is no doubt she picks Amanda to go, so what is achieved there? GM is not worse off in any way than she already is.

Well gotta hand it to Andy, he knows everything about every player. Its got to be exhausting. You watch any convo on the feeds, and Andy pops up within a minute......all day every day.

As for Elissa, this is the best move for her game, such as her game is. In my mind there is no doubt DR put the idea in her head. Judd is convinced also.

Amanda got called to DR for meds, supposedly, and then went out to pitch to Judd at 4-5AM?????????

Grodner, keep your paws off this game.

Andy's plan is to tell McCrae that HE voted to keep Amanda, but as expected, Elissa LIED. That way McCrae puts up Elissa and only one exterminator and they vote her out, should he get HOH.

The D eviction will make this really possible because Elissa won't have time to convince McCrae over Andy.

However if McCrae or Elissa don't win HOH they both go on the block now, and that wasn't happening before, except as replacement nom.

The thing is though, should McCrae live through the DE, I'm sure (at least I HOPE) either Spencer or Judd exposes Andy privately. It's convoluted.

I went to bed at a decent hour after staying up all night the night of the switch, so I have to catch up on what happened after 9PM yesterday though.

Ragan and Marcellas debate the reasons people "hate" Andy. http://raganfox.wordpress.com/2013/09/04/marcellas-and-ragan-talk-andy/

Well I remember one other player who went back and forth very successfully until they caught on to him, James from the season of Maggie and Ivette, etc. It was a funny season, really good characters. Eric, Kaysar, Janelle, etc. James was a lot of fun, though, way funnier and more entertaining than Andy. I think he was pretty popular even though he was a big time rat.

There is something about Andy, and it isn't his being gay, that is not likeable. He's playing the perfect game, I do agree with that.

Thanks for the Andy theory. So his whole double dealing now is just to make Elissa look bad and be next one up? It seems a lot of work for that seeing as she'd be the likely target anyway. And is McCrea going to believe him? Gee, it almost seems as if he might put a target on his own back for McCrea who if he got HOH would likely have put up GM and Judd, I think.

I haven't been watching many feeds, so am not up to date on the small details. But TW is back, so I'll see live show tomorrow. Should be fun.

Weaver, 4-5 AM BBT?

I'm flashing back to try to catch anything relevant last night.

It's basically to just make sure that if McCrae wins HOH, Elissa goes up.

Judd is apparently really fed up with production, they must be pushing him hard to think about keeping Amanda or liking Elissa. He's doing the opposite. (this is just from reading up, not from watching myself, so I don't trust it.)
