I'd pick Josh Flagg a thousand times over either of the others, including the ones on the NY show.

I cannot believe that music video. Andy Cohen must be over the moon.

Losing a dog is like losing a family member. I can only imagine how difficult it must be because I have two dogs, Diego and Lucky, and can't imagine life without them. Heather and I felt terrible when we heard the news because we knew how close Madison was with his dog. Plus Heather had lost her dog of 16 years just two years ago when her and I first started dating and it was one of the hardest things to go through.

LOL Icy - I didn't know they wrote blogs for this show.

Today was a mini marathon of Chad cake's last season. I had to DVR it. Watching him try and pretend he's with the model was laughable. He had such a weird affect, like serial killer - and the hair. Oy and I'm a dog lover, but Starla is not cute.

I miss Chad, too. Josh Altman is such a playah ... hate him, hate his hair.

I'm glad this show is back! I enjoy looking at the houses, but also sometimes enjoy the crazy potential buyers. Last night's premiere was kind of boring but it looks like there will be some drama this season.

Josh Altman is such a d-bag. Those pictures of him and Heather he had on their wall were too much!

I like that Josh Flagg is standing up to Josh Altman though I'm sure some of it is manufactured drama.

I'm glad these guys are back. Altman is douchier than ever. I wonder how much of his sleaziness is real and how much is prodding from production? I still love Josh Flagg and totally agree with his feelings about that great, old house next door to the Beverly Hills Hotel. I thinks it really sad that all people see is the property and don't even give the house a chance. It's Hollywood history! Remodel to your liking and keep it alive.

You didn't miss that much! Josh Altman went to Josh Flagg's open house of a dated (70s/80s decor) looking property on 1.5 acres next to the Beverly Hills Hotel. 14,000 SF and14 bedrooms. The house seemed to have great structure and amenities - it needs to be updated but had a grandness to it. Basically what lovesnark said above!

Josh Altman said his client wanted to pay for the land and tear down the house. Josh Flagg wants a buyer who appreciates the 20s glory of the house, though it had been altered in the 70s and 80s with many um, different styles.

Madison showed an amazing house. He fell into the lease trap though. (Not selling it outright, but leasing it.)

I think they are going to make the 3 guys film together more. We already have Josh A and Josh F flipping each other off. (I was a little surprised to see that on network TV.)

It's basic cable Freely, they can do lots of things networks cannot. I think they are going to be interacting more - all three were on WWHL last night together. I still like Madison (mostly his hair) and Josh F. (mostly his grandmother.)

Andy asked Josh A about the glamour pics of him and Heather all over their walls. Altman said there are far more than just the ones we saw, that they really like to look at themselves. And I completely believe him.

I don't think any of Altman's d-bagness is production prodding - if anything he is probably trying to reel it in. That guy is so slick, I'm surprised people are slipping and sliding all around him. Ugh.

I cannot remember who the first villain was who people loved that started this disgusting trend. I think Altman thinks he's got a niche market, being "the bad guy" .. for my money, I prefer the NY way, being wacky or smarmy or Puerto Rican as a sellable point.

On the highly scientific (heh) WWHL poll of which guy would you want to sell your house Altman got 13% while Josh and Madison basically split the rest (both in the 40% range.) So at least the Bravo watchers see Altman as a douchebag.

He kind of reminds me of those tacky people who have what they used to call "new money" that's all tacky and wants to tear down anything older than 25 years. When Heather hits 40, I have no doubt he will start looking for a 25 year old girl too.
But as The Countless reminded us, money can't buy you class - mah friend.

I'm getting so annoyed at Time Warner. I DVR a show, it shows up on the list, and when I click it to play, nothing is there. It happens on Bravo shows a lot, of course I mainly tape Bravo shows. Time Warner is wonderfulllllllll. And of course they haven't settled this CBS nonsense yet.

That happened on one of my TVs but not the other, weaver. Somehow, the problem seemed to resolve itself. Call them (I know, I know, it's so annoying to have to call.)

I wish Bravo would put Million Dollar Listing On-Demand. It is so odd that they aren't. They have LI Princesses, RH, Below Deck and Top Chef Masters but not MDL (NY or LA).

They put the lower rated shows on In Demand

I have TWC here almost every few weeks. They cannot solve my box issue. It will never work right. I also have issues overnight Weaver. I taped The Bridge and had all these little skips and it would just stop - I taped after midnight. Apparently they do work overnight so it happens a lot. This is separate from my secondary box issue and replaying DVR tapes. So sick of them. I'd go to FIOS right now but I may be moving in a few months so it's not worth it.

OH, Freely, I thought my local cable company decided what would be ON DEMAND -- I have those four shows, too and would love MDLNY or LA, but nada. Maybe I'll call them and request.

Then again, the shows don't replay as much as other Bravo franchises ... maybe there's something about the real estate they're showing that limits replays?
