I don't think they put the lower-rated shows On Demand. Top Chef Masters must gain more audience share with all their stars - Curtis Stone, Hugh Acheson, Gail whatever her last name is (sorry) - than Below Deck. I can't figure it out. |

Long Island Princesses? Why would that be included? I think it's partly what Bravo wants to push. They may have thought that LIP would get some gossip going and people would want to catch up and get into it. There are a lot of hit series I never got into because I missed the first episode and refused to start late. I wonder how many people are like that. |

We don't have FIOS on the block, so I have no option. Have you ever woken up to an eery light coming from your TV? I have, and its TW doing something in the middle of the night. Since they did an "upgrade" about two years ago, I've had nothing but problems too. Shows that don't tape, taped shows that stop in the middle, etc. At this rate, without CBS and without Bravo, I really should cancel my whole TV service for a while. |

Whaaaat? No Bravo? Oh weaver, I would think that would be safe since they aren't part of CBS corp. |

If my last attempt to DVR Million Dollar listing didn't work, I swear I was going to cancel TW. BUt it worked, and I just watched it. I like it so much more than New York, maybe because the properties are so big and lavish. I loved the Malibu house, and I loved Josh Flagg's 1920 space. I hope Josh Altman eats nails. I also love Josh's grandmother. I thought the Heather/Josh thing was fake, but I guess not. |

It's only fake that they're normal humans. IMO they're both famewhores to the nth degree and they're using each other to have a storyline/stay on the show. |

Yeah, that's probably it. Can you imagine buying that house in the mid 70's for such a small amount? |

Lol Icy. True. Being a west coaster, I liked MDLNY better for the same reasons; seeing the inside of NYC apartments that cost as much or more than the places in L.A. but at a fraction of the size. I admit that if monopoly money was real and I bought that 1920s manse I would tear it down too. The things people did to their homes in the 70s isn't worth saving and they kind of wrecked that place. It would take years to restore that place. |

So in this last episode Altman was showing a house that looked eerily familiar to me... then they round a corner and we find out it's Mohamand's (Yolanda's ex and family friend of Lisa?) 58 million dollar monstrosity that I'm pretty sure was featured at a RHOBH party and/or the place Yolanda came and met him at. Either way, that makes three times it's been featured on Bravo and yet no buyers. Oh look, the next scene is Altman meeting the seller's agent for a $26 million dollar house in Beverly Park and the seller's agent is RHOBH Marissa. She says it's her 'family's home" and by family I guess she means her husband's parents because the place is gorgeous with spendy details and a seven million dollar landscaping job. Oh but it's just one bedroom, lol. I guess her mother in law wanted to make sure Marissa never moved in. Of course Altman's fake client isn't interested in either place - it's all just another Bravo incest exercise. I will say Marissa looked good. I hope she's coming back next season. If that was her MIL's place, it's a fake meeting -- MoreGreasio was trotted up there on the BH show as if he could help sell it, and IIRC, Marissa said in her blog that she didn't need his help and it sold quickly. |

OMG, I forgot about that Icy! You are right. The house was completely empty. There weren't any offers made at all. She told them the price and the buyer's agent said something about it being "too old" and that was that - onto the next place. Ditto with Mohammad's place. ALL FAKE. Oh well, I still got to see the inside of it. ETA:
Lol, Icy! I love it. Edited by Cosmocrush, Aug 17 2013, 02:21 AM.

I loved seeing Zanuck's house. I think it did sell pretty quickly IRL. $7 million in TREES? Some people have too much money. It looked so huge from the outside, how could it have only one bedroom. Guess cuz they had the Schwarz designed gym and the huge theater. Still t here seemed room for more bedrooms. I thought it was magnificent. Muhammed's place was ugly. Did Yolanda help decorate that? Does he live there with his harem while he tries to sell it? OH, Josh did sell Zanuck's house. WOW. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324735104578117420675127526.html Edited by weaver, Aug 19 2013, 12:40 PM.

I just read down from that and I found it much more interesting that Dave Geffen bought Denise Richard's penthouse for $54million OMG. Insane. I don't follow much RE anymore - seems this was back in the winter. |

Holy Moly, Denise Richards has $54 million???? Wow. That's some smart RE investing. I still hate her for that whole Richie Sambora thing though. ETA: Ooops, just read the article. Denise Rich is not the same as Denise Richards, lol. Nevermind. :$ I think the one bedroom is so no guests or family moves in although there are two guest houses. I like the idea, lol. I have a feeling they will redo the inside and make more bedrooms. How hard can it be? I haven't seen the floor plan though. Maybe Juicy can come in and do it for a bargain price Edited by cccharley, Aug 19 2013, 05:57 PM.
