Oh boy, just finished the first episode of the new season.

I hated hated hated the religious shit last season - but this season has started out with a BANG.

I'm liking the potential of the mob angle.

And I can look at Quinn all damn day. Oh he does it for me big time.

Oh most definitely. Especially when he went off the rails and fucked anything that would move and looked like he hadn't bathed, showered or combed his head. Yeah, Quinn.

Can't wait to watch. I did an amazing dvr fete last night. Taped Dexter, Homeland, Goodwife, Rhonj and 666 Park. Watched Revenge and The Mentalist. It was like a math project setting it up but it all worked. Now I need the time to watch it. Watched Rhonj this morning at 6am

I just watched the first episode. Wow. So happy that Deb knows and isn't immediately turning Dexter over to the authorities. Happy that that bitch Maria took back the slide ... IIRC, that was Doaks' mistake, too. And I think that creepy guy who worked in the lab is gonna be the eventual fall guy ... but I could be wrong!

One plot hole, unless they clear it up next episode: the guy shut down all Dexter's cards and bank accounts. Why didn't Dexter think maybe Deb was stopping him from fleeing or starting something? In any case, he's smart enough to figure out who had access to his computer, so that guy has made a HUGE mistake.

Don't they have cameras all over the airport? Perhaps that's how the Ukrainian mob guys will track it all back to Dexter, when Viktor doesn't show on his flight ... I noticed a huge watch on the guy's wrist and the body was whole when it was shoved overboard, so it could turn up and be identified.

I haven't seen the first episode. I skipped most of last season, too. I really enjoyed Dexter's first few seasons but the plot holes have become so gaping.

Was this episode good?

I have some ideas how the season is going to go ... which I often do ... and I'm always WRONG. I hope I'm wrong again! Not because what I'm thinking wouldn't be great, but I love the writers of this show (or at least, I have) and love the twists and turns they throw in.

I think there are 22 more episodes forever. Not sure how they are going to break them up. I have some ideas as well. All good things have to come to an end. Only couple more years of madmen too. Dexter best end better thanLost

I'm caught up to Episode 4, thanks to my brother who DL'd them for me.

Wow! So many twisted stories. I'm just thankful that Harrison is away, so he's safe. I like that the writers take care of the kids most of the time. Last season, when Travis got Harrison from preschool and took him up to the rooftop, I was pretty pissed at the writers.

Good season, so far!
