Ha! Bill Nye is a hometown boy (Seattle) but DWTS? Really? Still, I'll probably watch - just for Rhoda. By the way, she guested on Hot in Cleveland (sorry, I like that show) last night with Mary Tyler Moore and Cloris Leachman. Betty White is already a cast member (she really makes the show actually) and Georgia Engel has a recurring role as her bff. A mini MTM reunion with lots of tribute lines. Valerie Harper was great! |

I'm watching every show under the sun - stuffed with a head cold and wonton soup. I love Amber Riley. She's just great. |

Brooke Burke has been fired from DWTS. http://www.eonline.com/news/513707/dancing-with-the-stars-shakeup-brooke-burke-charvet-out-as-co-host-get-the-details I haven't always watched every season but I always FF through all of her yacking anyway. Was she just there to kill time? |

She did much better than the other tall, shapely beauty. Tom likes a co-hort to do the back stage interviews and some banter with him at the end. |

DWTS is another long running show that I gave up about three seasons ago. I'd just had my fill. I can't seem to replace any of these shows with new ones that I feel the same about. Started House of Cards new season on Netflix. Moving kind of slow. |

I gave up on it, too. It was on too many nights and for too long. Did I read that they pared it down to one night a week? |

Even when I watch DWTS I only ever watched the actual dancing and then listened to the judges. I FF through all of the stupid rehearsal footage and the after the dance interviews. I do the same thing when I watch the Voice. |

Erin Andrews, the Fox Sports sideline reporter, is going to be the new co-host of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, two sources tell The Big Lead. The network is expected to make the announcement Monday. An ABC spokesperson didn’t return a call Saturday evening seeking comment. ABC announced Friday that Brooke Burke, who had been Tom Bergeron’s co-host on DWTS for the last seven seasons, would be leaving the show. http://thebiglead.com/2014/02/22/erin-andrews-is-the-new-co-host-of-abcs-dancing-with-the-stars/#sthash.if9n4YDu.uxfs |

Ratings are down, but don't think this replacement will make any difference. I too used to skip over all the backstage interviews. |

Danica McKellar Candace Cameron-Bure NeNe Leakes Meryl Davis Diana Nyad Mystery Woman Billy Dee Williams Drew Carey Cody Simpson Charlie White Sean Avery James Maslow The pairings: Danica & Val Cody & Witney Billy Dee & Emma Diana & Henry NeNe & Tony James & Peta Sean & Karina Drew & Cheryl Candace & Mark Charlie & Sharna Meryl & Maks Amy & Derek TWIST: at some point this season they’re all gonna SWITCH partners |

I was actually surprised because I knew so many of the "stars" that are on. Some of them are pretty well known to people of a certain age (younger than we are, Mariah). Danica was on Wonder Years and Candace on Full House. I think I know more of the women than the men. Ranjake, I know you love Charlie and Meryl, I do too, but I just feel that it is unfair for them to be on. They had years of dance, are accustomed to pair dancing and competition. I love them, but in the words of Mammy, "It ain't fittin', it jes ain't fittin'". But then of course, Nene has had dance experience too. ;) |

I love them- but I agree; though there have been so many ringers before that the whole competition aspect is slightly diluted. Just glad to get to watch them.. |

Eh, boring! I won't be watching. I haven't heard of most of them and the ones I have heard of I have no desire to watch. |
