Who is going to be the sleuth? If there was domestic abuse there should be some record, no?

If it was handled by his superiors in the Marines, there wouldn't be any public record. I looked at the OC court site and the only thing I found was a traffic ticket.

That link isn't working for me but I cannot see any way anyone could think that outburst was editing unless he is saying that wasn't his voice or his words.

And while something handled by superiors in the Marines wouldn't leave a public record any domestic issue reported could absolutely affect his career and maybe it has already.

In a cave...about 35,000 years ago, maybe? But I don't think they minded so much if you put your shoes up on their boulder.
Lol, disco! Do you think they had Winter Wonderland parties back then?

I'm watching season one while I spin and, holy shit! Lauri has pumped into, had inserted, cut away so much on her face that she's almost unrecognizable. It's strange to watch her talk and have her face actually show emotion. With the exception of her nostrils, Vicki looked SO much better.

So Lauri wasn't at Vicki's finale party - is she coming to the reunion?

Love the boulder Joke disco - slam dunk. Yes that had winter wonderland parties back then but they were highly segregated so that the fish wouldn't get eaten by the penguins and so on up the ole food chain

I am loving the throwback OC stuff. I think Jo an Slade totally engineered their whole storyline. She can't act. His parents were hilarious.

Wow the comments under the linked article lovesnark posted are almost 100% against Ryan and the "editing" excuse. I think we as viewers are all savvy enough to know that yes, things are edited but you cannot edit words into someone's mouth or actions that we see. Even if Judy was a flaming asshole to Ryan, which I very, VERY seriously doubt, he kept pursuing her after she was in retreat. Since we have heard nothing since the incident about wine or feet stains on the precious couch, that others witnessed Judy smashed to the gills, etc. and since we did hear Ryan lie on camera I feel safe in saying that nothing occurred to justify his behavior.

I think Ryan has big problems with anger and those problems have not been helped by four deployments into a conflict zone. I am NOT excusing or justifying his behavior because of his deployments. I am saying that the deployments did not help someone with this sort of temperament. He needs help before he does something beyond repair.

Way to get on your high horn and toot it by calling Gretch Malibu Barbie in a not so flattering tone because you're pissed at Slade. Watch you don't fall off your high horn, cuz those bones don't look too rugged. If she stays around long enough, I see her edit going south fast, She's just as bitchy and underhanded as the rest, just a bit smarter.

Yes, Lydia is a perfect example of passive-aggressive behavior. She utters her bitchy zingers and then bats her little-innocent-me eyes. Her husband knew he didn't need to come to her rescue. He has probably been on the receiving end of her bitchy remarks often enough. Her nasty-innocent performance will be successful for a while, I imagine. And then she is just another one of the overt nasty girls.

Preach! I can appreciate that she speaks up for herself in the moment and will take on the bitchy asides directly. I like that part of her. But she doesn't stop there, she is a CONSTANT shit-stirrer and interjects herself where she's not needed, like that day on the mountain. If all you want is everyone getting along, then STFU about what Gretchen is or isn't saying to Vicki. Stop thinking it's your job to call everyone out, like you did at the dinner when you made sure to re-open the can of arguing worms. Or adding your two cents to Slade and Vicki's argument. Or like you're about to do at the reunion "Alexis, you were Gretchen's friend at that time, do YOU remember her cheating?" Like you're really concerned. I don't see Lydia's so-called "steel spine" being borne of any true courage, I see it coming directly from being extremely wealthy and feeling entitled to say whatever the hell she wants without worry of repercussion. And I agree if there's a next season, the little Monchichi is headed for a fall.

Interesting takes on Lydia from TWoP. I like her, but I see this too.

Wife name is Melia D. Culberson. Ryan filed, divorce granted 11/24/09

On 7/8/10, someone named Rachel Lawrence filed a restraining order.

Gotta pay to see the documents so that's as far as I got.

Wow Velvet, that took you eight minutes. I'm impressed.

Seems like Brianna could have spent at least an hour researching this guy before agreeing to marry him. Might have saved her a whole lot of misery down the line. Restraining orders, domestic violence charges, etc. are red flags for most women. I guess Brianna is a lot like her mother and wasn't using her head when selecting a man.

Great sleuthing skills Velvet. You learned those by being a felon, right? ;)
