I love when Shannon and Tamra go into the kitchen to do shots and Shannon asks Tamra what she wants to do a shot of and Tamra says, "I don't know, I don't drink!" Bwah. As if Shannon has never seen the show before.

But did you get a personal call from the Vickster, ran?

Off to google Vicki's diamond company.

ETA - here we go!

No! LOL- OMG- I tell No one! Everyone we have ever told thought it was the freakiest thing- but my Nan decided it all by herself- she said- "That way, you'll think of me-LOL. A little nuts :) but I loved her.... So DON'T tell anyone I'm walking around wearing my Grandmother...

I just looked at her site- I think she's batshit crazy. When I think woohooing and tinkling myself when drunk; I think Diamonds- I think Vicki...
My uncle wanted to have his ashes turned into a Christmas ornament ( like those they made out of ashes from Mt St. Helens back in the day). Thank goodness my cousins didn't comply with his wishes!

ran.... wear your grandma with love. I won't tell a soul! :)

Can't help but say it again but Heather looks down on everyone. She is most likely seething that she isn't on RHOBHs and instead is on RHOOC. I despise that woman. The woman who says she has had no plastic surgery but can't move her face nor smile. Those horrid eyebrows. Nothing can make me like. Not a thing is likeable about her. To me she's a nasty witch. Hate to say it Heather but going on the Housewives was not going to invigorate your career but instead it typecast you. For a very smart woman (yes she is well educated and has a large vocabulary) you were stupid to take this part if you wanted to get back into acting. I remember seeing Kyle last year in a bit part on that tv drama and all I could think of was RHOBHs. No matter what they do now they look their fake real selves. Career destruction for someone who really wants to act. So if I put that together by the transitive property it means that Heather really doesn't want to be a full time famous actress and it's all BS.

ccc, I think Heather's career was pretty much over for a while before she became a Howife. I don't know if the bit parts she had this past year was because of the show or just activating her agent and putting it out there that she wanted to go back to work since her kids were getting older. But she's never going to be a full time working actress - I don't think she really even wants to as much as she wants to say that's what she does.

But I get it. Sometimes some of these hos just bring out the hate in people, and I respect your Heather Hate even if I don't share it. Hell, Whori has been off the show for a while and I still hate that Ho-wife.

LOL Shopper. Or a bff, or an employee or a neighbor, etc. etc. :P

But really, while I do share my Lauri hate with Vickie, the name Lauri actually doesn't bother me that much since I've referred to her as Whori every since she ditched her kids to shack up with the Wallet.

Good- because it's my name- spelled the SAME. I just started liking my name after hating it all my life... and Vicki/Lauri are ruining it!!!

*** I have to deal with this name thing AND I'm wearing my Grandmother...

Ran, my name is Laurie, too. And, I almost had a diamond made from my Dad's ashes :D But, it was too damn expensive. I had his ashes buried next to my Mom instead.

It really is a lovely name, that's why I prefer Whori when talking about RHOOC Lauri. True story: When I was younger I always said if I had a daughter I'd name her Laura and call her Lauri. Okay, it was after Laura from General Hospital, but I really liked the name too. It's pretty.

I have a boy's name: Teri. But wait, it gets worse if you watch the ho-wives. My legal name (that no one has ever called me twice) is Teresa. Acccck! Thankfully, no one has ever called me Tree. But it must have been a popular name the year I was born because in college I had two roommates both named Teri, whose real names were Teresa.

In 1957 (the year I was born), Laurie was an uncommon name. Kathy, Debbie and Cheryl were the popular names when I was in grade school. There were a couple of each in every class. I can remember my mom asking 'which one?' when I told her I was going over the Cheryl's house. I had a close friend in junior high with the same name as me and I thought it was really cool that she was named after her grandpa. Laurie and it's variations was a common male name way back when.

By '64 there were a few of us, but I was the only one with my spelling- and I hated it. My Mom thought they invented it :)

I don't think Tammie said that exactly. She didn't say she didn't drink. She may have said she doesn't drink that or something similar but still we know she does. I can't remember the exact words.

Try being a Sarah (born in 1960). Everyone in school was a Mary, Debbie, Linda or Sue. There were 3 of us Sarahs in my high school, and for the first 30-35 years of my life, if I heard "Sarah" in a store, I turned around because I was the only one. Now when I hear it I turn around and it's not for me.
