I doubt it is a thousand because my kids would be stick figures if that were true. Have you jumped on a trampoline as an adult? It is such a weird feeling. And watch out if you have had kids - better put on a depends.

Livestrong.com says about 42 calories for 10 min on the trampoline for a 150 lbs adult depending on the kind of jumps and acrobatics you do. 42 x 6 = 252. The heavier you are, the more calories burned.

Honestly, I'd like to see someone spend an entire hour on a trampoline in the first place. My knees hurt after 15 min.

I have- and I really like it- at those tramp centers where the tramp is floor level. I loved gymnastics- so I love that stuff- can do some tricks. But I don't like the above ground ones as an adult- always feel like I'm going to zoom off into the net.

eta: I don't think I ever in my life stayed on a tramp for an hour, though...

According to my heart rate monitor I burned 853 cals during a one hour cardio/strength class. And that was with 5 minutes of warm up and 10 minutes of cool down included in that hour. So yeah, I can see expending a thousand on a trampoline IF you were able to sustain a high enough heart rate for that long without dying from boredom.

I suppose if there was some type of class with good music and an instructor I could tramp around for an hour. But just to jump for that long? No way.

I do know that just jumping for 5 or 10 minutes on ours can wind me more than the step aerobics do - I totally believe you could burn 1000 an hour.

The thought of that ditz jumping on a trampoline in full tranny make-up makes me laugh and laugh.

Alexis, you deserve every deragatory comment and gesture your douchecanoe husband flings your way. I have ZERO sympathy for that stepford bitch. This is what happens when you check your dignity and self-respect at the door in order to serve your "king." I hope he continued to berate you after you chased after him and all the way home. Spineless whore.
I could not agree more. That stupid arrogant Alexis looked like a $10 hooker climbing into Chin Jim's running car in her waistlength fur and heels. That's your "King" Alexis.

All the role switching is making my head spin; Tamra is barking about Vicki being controlled by a man when that's exactly what used to drive Vicki crazy about Simon. Alexis who led the gang up on the Vickster in San Fran is now a target. Gretchen is loved by Tamra. Only Slade remains true to his suck self. Oh and Brianna - who still rocks!

Did anyone rewatch to catch Tamrah's evil eye? I have to do that today. Either way it was a ball busting fight. And whoever mentioned the awe on Eddie's face, I did catch that!

I did a rewatch late last night because I'd missed some chunks. I didn't see Tamra give the evil eye but she did some kind of sarcastic silent snort in Slingblade's direction. Nothing to warrant his over the top reaction in my opinion. I think he is a classic con artist - the guys we heard about on Oprah who pray on older needy women with assests. He started a fight between Tamra and Vicki because he needs to isolate Vickster from her friends. She's already isolating herself from her daughter.

Really I would have thought Vicki would be the last person to be so taken in by a man but I would be wrong. Brianna confirming he has no job, no house, no car, etc. and four kids really clinched it for me.

If anyone missed the text blurbs at the very end - they are worth a rewatch right there. Hilarious.

Now that was an awesome Ho-wife party! I love this shit and cannot wait for the reunion.

I'd never heard of a trampoline park before I heard it here.

OMG. Trampoline Dodgeball

If I wasn't on the other side of 40 with a temporarily gimped knee, I'd be doing this.

So ryebread - why do you think Terry is a douchbag now? Is it his famewhoreness? I admit I kind of like him and when I found out he is Kevin Dubrow's brother [Quiet Riot] he got some points for that from me.

I like men to be men. And not little bitches like he is showing himself to be, imo. Gossipy and smug. I liked him just fine at the beginning of the season but (and I'm no fan of Alexis), getting involved in that mess - like a little girl - bugs me.

AND he's a doctor. I like my doctors to have good judgement and character. Being on this show shows a lack of that.

I dunno. When he sat down and lied to Taliban about what he said about Alexis and then tried to justify it, I lost any respect I had for him as a man and as a doctor.

Then when Heather weaseled her way into the conversation...ugh. They can bite me. Perfect tag team those two. I don't think it's necessary for a husband and wife to be that far up each others asses.

Scurrying off to google Kevin Dubrow now.

Fair points ryebread - especially the part about how being on this show demonstrates a lack of good judgement. That's a given for me though - I guess I should have clarified that I like him in the pool of ho-wife husbands.

I do like the way he treats his wife and his good humour. And while his wallet is clearly the biggest of these guys he doesn't seem all snotty about it. But you are right - he does like to get in the middle of the drama, which is kind of Simonesque and thus a turnoff.

I do wish Terry would have just flicked Chin Jim away like the bug he is and not engaged him at all. I still dont' know what Chin Jim expected from Terry? A dual with some pawn shop swords? Who goes to a party to confront the host? Well, everyone on Bravo I guess but still. And it was something so minor in my opinion that it certainly wasn't worth getting all worked up about.

Kevin Dubrow was the lead singer of Quiet Riot. He died a few years ago of a drug overdose I think.

Terry's behavior is reminiscent of Simon NY.

I thought FFTB Chin was hiding from the cameras because that coke whore HW frenemy of Alexis would out his past drug dealing. Could it be that he actually is smarter than the rest of those idiots?

Honestly, I think Tamra deserves more blame than Terry for the whole altercation between Jim and Terry. SHE is the one that told Alexis that Terry said "she's the phoniest person he'd ever met." He did not say that. He said one word: Phony.

That's it.

Tamra exaggerated and then threw him under the bus. Was it smart to say it on camera? Nope. But it wasn't nearly as bad as it was made out to be. It was said in the course of a conversation you didn't want going any further.

AND SPEAKING OF WHICH...

The common link here is GRETCHEN. She's the one who told Tamra what was said and then expected Trailer Trash Tamra to keep her fat trap shut. HA. HA. HA. So, should Terry have said it in the first place? Maybe not. But it doesn't make him any worse than the rest of the people on these shows and, in fact, I would argue that his transgressions are small in comparison to the tale telling both Gretchen and Tamra did.
