Heather is wearing thin on me now, she seems especially bitchy or something, always with that giant grin, but it doesn't feel at all sincere. She's bugging me.

The ratings are still better than last year.

Ouch. Another bad ratings week. Even below the dreaded 1.3.

Cancellation territory? Or "lets recast all of them" territory?

The average of the first six epis of 2014 is higher or the same as the first six epis of this year, from a quick glance, haven't done the numbers. True the ratings went down last year in the end, as they mostly have this year. Maybe Andy will do a quick edit and the next seven or so shows won't rate as low as last year's.

82 1 "If You Can Make It Here" March 11, 2014 1.33[57]
Aviva works to mend her friendship with Ramona. Heather invites all the ladies to her birthday party; where the newest housewife, Kristen, is introduced.
83 2 "Give Up the Ghostwriter" March 18, 2014 1.31[58]
Ramona starts telling everyone the latest gossip surrounding Carole. Sonja goes to dinner with Aviva's ex-husband. Aviva hosts a housewarming party at her Townhouse and reveals that she has a book deal for her memoir.
84 3 "Model Behavior" March 25, 2014 1.43[59]
Carole and Aviva's altercation surprises everyone. Kristen is forced to partake in a mud run. Ramona assists Avery in picking out a prom dress.
85 4 "Holla in the Hamptons" April 1, 2014 1.29[60]
The ladies take their annual trip to The Hamptons where Sonja will be performing at a charity event. All of the women later visit LuAnn's house for a barbecue. Heather ends up taking Carole's side in an argument.
86 5 "Everybody Thinks We're Drag Queens" April 8, 2014 1.20[61]
The ending of the barbecue opens the episode. Afterwards, Carole receives honor at the Coney Island Mermaid Parade. A few of the women dress up as drag queens.
87 6 "Unhappy Anniversary" April 15, 2014 1.26[62]
As all of the women return to New York, Ramona wants to fix Aviva and Heather's friendship. Carole and Kristen have lunch with Yolanda and Brandi from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Heather and her husband, Jonathan, invite everyone to their anniversary party.

Yeah, Andy has to be pissed and shocked. Ratings for Bethenny's big show with her stepdad were really low...1.069, I think.

The Berkshires look interesting...maybe ratings will go up if it isn't the same old stuff they've been showing.

I want to get a good look at Dorinda's house and want to hear more about hubby so I'll tune in.

And maybe Heather will get a plot line next week instead of just a few snarks.

Unfortunately they seem to have made thing the bethenny frankel show. Her ship has sailed in popularity and she did it all to herself. All she had to do was shut her mouth. It's supposed to be an ensemble show.

I used the numbers from the same time period as now. May, into June.

First Look seems promising. Dorinda has a spectacular house in MA, but I found her color scheme downstairs a bit jarring, not relaxing. Seems her late husband bought her the house. She grew up in the area. Epi looks promising. The whole gang, sans Beth and Sonja are there in the beginning.

Then Bravo tagged on a 15 minute first look to a new show on Long Island's North Shore, called Secrets and Wives. Looks pretty dreadful, but maybe has some good house and beach porn.

That does sound interesting, weaver. I wonder if Dorinda has AC?

Haha, Dorinda actually assured Ramona that she had a fireplace in every room (its winter). But I suspect she has A/C as well. Come to think of it people that grew up in that area like she did may not use A/C. It gets very cool at night and is usually comfortable during the day. I think that visit to Heather's may have been on the hottest weekend in the century.

I can't stand no AC. I use it all winter too because of heat I can't control when I sleep. I'm sure newer houses have them installed. Others have those annoying ceiling fans most likely. Can't stand that either blowing on me all night. Lol. I just can't sleep these days. It's the age

I love AC, too, cc!

Random thought about last week's episode...why didn't Carole just call a locksmith?

Yeah, odd come to think of it. Hope the Fire Dept sent her a whopper bill; that isn't what they are there for.
