She did meet Morgan there, according to what I read. And she met a lot of married men: and their wives had her fired, if I recall the scuttlebutt. |

Does Aviva not have health insurance that she could add her kid to? Step kids are allowed on policies in many cases. Why on earth risk your child's care with some power play in a divorce. |

Children receive immediate medical care in NYC, don't they? I mean, no one turns down a child (or anyone, really) in most hospitals, so what's the beef? The cost? Suck it up, you rich bitch! I'm sick of her: officially. |

I was going to say the same thing. If nothing else her current husband could add Harrison to his policy with the other kids, even if that's not the custody agreement, just so the kid would have some kind of coverage. |

They'll see all children and people of older age I would think but you'll have to pay out of pocket unless you go to a clinic. So given she is so paranoid about everything, given her childhood accident I understand that, how could she not with all that money take her child to the best doctors? I have a feeling she takes her kids to the peds that do not take insurance. You need the type of insurance that let's you go anywhere and then they reimburse you a percentage. |

I don't get it. Was it on the show or in one of her blogs for Bravo that she said that not only is Harry still a good friend, but he also stays with Aviva and Reid & the kids at their Hampton house all the time. I don't know that Aviva is the one who planted that story either, part of it sounds like it came from filed court papers and the grandparent part could be something she said to whomever sold/planted this. It MIGHT be her, but it could just as easily be court documents + a drunk Ramona or Sonja spilling to a reporter, or anyone who overheard her tell a friend that the grandparents are absent in the kids' lives now. I'm not trying to defend Aviva, I don't know her yet, but the way this article is worried? It could be someone with a grudge, plus public court documents. Meanwhile, may I say, I HATE deadbeat dads, and it sounds like he owes her a lot of money. |

I don't think that it was Ramona or Sonja - that is absurd to me. This is quite personal stuff. Why would they say that or why would anyone add that the kid has no health insurance. I can't see Aviva telling that to basically non friends and simply coworkers. |

The health insurance and finances sound like it came DIRECTLY from court documents (from who knows when?) The grandmother comment sounds like something she may have said to a friend, and that could have been overheard by anyone. I am not accusing Ramona or Sonja of leaking that part, just saying that is the ONLY personal type comment in that article. I used them as examples only. Frankly, someone could have overheard anyone talking about the lack of grandparent involvement with the kids. |

The grandparent comment makes it sound like Aviva thinks they should be paying the $ Harry owes. While it would be nice if they did and it sounds like they can certainly afford it, I disagree that they are somehow obligated to do so. I also still find it very hard to believe that Aviva can manage to find $80k or whatever it was to pay for Harrison's private school and summer camp but can't manage to buy some health insurance on the kid. |

Yeah, I still don't think this came from Aviva, it's easy for them to twist around and make it sound like it did. This only makes her look bad. I wonder how old those things that sound like court divorce/support numbers are anyway? |

Icy, in NY, if a kid is injured in an accident, they get emergency care. Do they get follow up care? Like if plastic surgery or something is needed? Or god forbid he contracts a serious illness that requires long term care? The words "pre-existing condition" are very scary. I don't know if they exist anymore under Obama Care. I can't imagine compromising my kid's care in a pissing match with an ex. |
