The bad thing to me about excluding Ramona that has yet to be mentioned is what it does to those who were invited.
Yeah, but how hard is it to say "I'm sorry. It's not my trip so I don't know why she didn't invite you. Why don't you go talk to her about it?"

Not hard at all -- that's what I'd do. I thought it was funny when Aviva said that and Ramona debated HER as if Aviva were Heather. I think Ramona just doesn't want to hear "I don't like you" .... but I do think Heather could say that, say "you hurt my feelings and I don't want you to be there because it would ruin my enjoyment" ... ah, but they never do what I would do!

Ramona did make Jill leave -- but she did it very kindly, IMO, and with good reason ... and let us never forget all the shit Jill had pulled that she wanted to pretend hadn't happened ... ay. Good times.

If Heather had said that to her, Ramona wouldn't be able to contain herself and would then prove why Heather doesn't want her around! Win win situation for Heather and for me, watching Ramona have to sit in the corner for misbehaving. I think Sonia's reaction was dismissive because she realized Ramona was making the party all about her and dimming Sonia's spotlight. Ramona couldn't even wait until she removed her mic to trash talk Sonia, huddled in the bathroom with Mario. Hilarious!!

That bathroom discussion reminded me of Kathy W. and Jeff Goldblum in the closet at Melissa's, trash-talking Tree.

Ramona invited Jill to Scary Island, she invited them all, Luann bowed out and Jill said she had Ally's applications to get out.
Ramona had a cooking party and didn't invite Jill :) "she can't be mad. she can't be invited to everything". lol

Interesting though that Sonja and Ramona seem to hate Aviva now- not Heather...

I think the HW all have had events where only one or two other HWs are invited (like Ramona inviting only Luann and none of the others to her cooking party). That is different than inviting on a trip to London 4 out of the 5 women you just met. I get that you can't always invite everyone, but what Heather did was bad. It created a lot of drama which I guess is good for RH, and it made Ramona feel isolated which is good for those looking for Ramona getting her comeuppance. But to me it wasn't satisfying b/c Heather was avoiding the situation and playing innocent as to the fallout, I am not invested in her enough to care that she one ups Ramona, and there isn't enough of an egregious history between the two to get satisfaction for Ramona getting hers from Heather. It only makes me dislike Heather because it makes her seem like a scheming underminer looking to create drama. And on the flip side, it makes me want to defend Ramona.

I agree with Icy. I think Heather took the cowards way out with Ramona, and was trying to secure her forces before she had to deal with Ramona directly.

Sonja doesn't like anyone messing with Sonja's screen time (see MENY march last year). But I think she could have cut Ramona off in a nicer way and said something to diffuse rather than enflame the situation. I think it was all the way around.

Didn't Ramona exclude Jill from Scary Island, so as not to upset poor Bethy and trembling Alex?

Actually, I think we heard some of this on the reunion or on their blogs.

Ramona invited all of them to Scary Island. Jill was pissy and talked (blackmailed?) the Countess into declining. The goal was, without enough housewives there, Bravo wouldn't spring for the trip, and Jill was trying to get it cancelled. Jill was obviously lying about the college apps, since she showed up anyway, after her attempts to get Bravo to cancel Ramona's trip failed, she didn't want to miss camera time, and had this whole big make-up scene planned with Bethenny.

But that was the morning after Kelly lost her shit for real and no one had slept at all, producers were just as scared as the wives that night, and they finally got NY to agree to get Kelly's ass out of there. So, Jill showed up just as they had all finally relaxed a little bit from all of Kelly's craziness.

Agree with the Carole love.

I don't blame Ramona for having her feelings hurt about London. She's working with these women, she knows Bravo picks up a huge chunk of the tab, or gets freebies for "promotional" stuff from hotels, airlines, tours, whatever. So it's as if you worked in an office with a 6 woman staff, and they all took a trip to London, but the hostess didn't even mention it to you, but everyone else knew, and you were the only one excluded. That would sting, and what's more, we they returned you would STILL be working with them. Talk about uncomfortable and hurtful! Especially when much of it is on the company's dime.

I don't blame Heather for not wanting Ramona there either. Heather does interrupt constantly, her mouth never stops even if it is those fucking annoying "unh huhs!" while the other on is trying to get a sentence out. Ramona was rude as fuck to correct her at that time though. I do think it was a bitch move to specifically invite everyone else and not be upfront with Ramona about it. Just say, "Look, it's also a business trip for me, and frankly, so far you have done nothing but critisize me and I can't have it in London. Hopefully in the future we will get along better and be able to share some fun times. For now though, I need to be on my game in London, and having you there might hurt that, as a fellow business woman, I hope you understand." (or something)

I'm enjoying watching Ramona lose her mind over London. It's about time that whackadoo realizes her nasty outbursts have repercussions. I'm not sure if I like Heather but, it was a pleasure to watch her non reaction to Ramona's subtle (lol) hints. Kadooz to Heather for putting Ramona in her place and effectively sending her over the edge without much effort. That's how you shut a crazy person down. If she could just stop saying "Holla", I would like her a bit more.

bk...I just keep nodding my head in agreement at all your posts today.

Anybody who serves up some of Ramona's own brand of bullshit back to Ramona is top dog in my book. Brand that, Moaner.

Of course that makes Heather, potentially, as nasty as Ramona. And that's okay. Heather'll get her comeuppance next season and I'll enjoy that equally as much. Because I love watching me some bitches get comeupped.

Bravo, Bravo!

It is interesting, but not surprising that Aviva gets fed up with Ramona and Sonja. Ramona is, well, Ramona. She really is what you see is what you get, and it is something you see right away, no matter how subtle she tries to be.

Sonja plays a better hand, but her sitting in bed, ordering around the indentured servant with her lady of the manor schtick can get old fast.

I don't know what Aviva and Carole have done to their lips, but why don't their upper lips move?

That is speculation.

As far as Heather's not asking Ramona, don't blame her a bit. Ramona's first message to Heather was essentially "I can talk as much as I want, but you can't. Observe the pecking order." Besides, Ramona is a drunk and there is nothing worse than a drunk on vacation. A loud drunk at that.

Frankly, I more easily understand Ramona being annoyed at Sonja, her bff. No way is Sonja going to lose her screen time in London and her free trip with all her wonderful contacts, probably even some faux royalty. Ramona is essentially doing what you say Jill did last year to LuAnn, except I don't think Jill had to talk LuAnn into not going, LuAnn didn't want to go. Kelly went against her own better judgement.

They've talked about it, reunion and in blogs. Jill was definitely trying to derail Ramona's trip. It's SO Jill anyway, so I do believe them.

Ramona and Heather are a natural fight though, they share similar qualities, so at least it's not contrived. It will be interesting to see them in their jello or mud pits fighting it out. At least, more interesting than the made up drama shit. Both seem out of line to me.

More Carole!

Thanks, rye. I think Ramona is reality tv gold and watching her fucktarded (thanks Pam/TB) reactions to being excluded is entertaining. Her Glenn Close/Fatal Attraction "I won't be ignored, Dan" moment was the highlight of last night's show. I'm also looking forward to watching Holla get hers. I really have to wonder if Mario only married Ramona for financial independence from his family. I can't imagine anyone living with that for years on end unless it was for money. Ramona brags about being a millionaire before marriage, hmm.

Someone on TWOP compared the Kramerica episode of Seinfeld with Sonia and her intern, lol.

Carole's face resembles a rat, but I think she's very chic. I think she's the type who cons women into thinking she's so cool but will fuck your husband and have dinner with the both of you the next day. I'm getting that vibe from her.
