Yes to everything! Both of them looked terrible in the aviator frames. Also, I think the bullshit at lunch when Ramona said we are new friends/new acquaintances, and Heather said, "Are we? I am trying to figure out whether we are friends," makes me think that Heather came in with an agenda. IMO it is incredulous to believe that Heather is surprised that Ramona feels excluded because she invited every single one of her new "friends"/co-worker except Ramona. Heather created her own little storyline with this London trip. |

I have to say, on the whole trip thing, I am pretty torn. Heather was an ass to invite every co-worker but one. On the other hand, Ramona is acting like a child about the whole thing, and it's embarrassing. If someone slighted me like that, I would be POLITE to them, freezing cold polite, absolutely excruciatingly correct polite, and the very last thing I would do is act like it mattered to me AT ALL. If I was seriously pissed I might, when the women returned, wistfully say, "Oh I'm so glad you had a good time...I just love London." I think they are both vying for asshole of the week with this shit, but on the other hand, if it really is a business trip, I mean business other than Bravo? I wouldn't want Ramona with me either were I Heather. Or maybe even as myself. BUT, no way in hell would I invite all coworkers but ONE either, I'm sure I could figure out a way to keep Ramona away and busy when I was actually working. Bravo is sure sticking it to Ramona with the edit though, I've never known her to constantly one-up whatever someone says, but maybe she's done it all along, or maybe the new women are making her feel insecure? Or maybe she is just one of those people, and this is the first we are seeing it. On the other hand, I have to say I DID hate the pointy boots, and Ramona is right about those clothes not flattering her. Heather was a bitch with her digs about Ramona's look being dated. I have to say Ramona is my favorite dresser this season. Carol tries too hard to be hip (maybe downtown - but that letter jacket was just too much - Tony Basil wants her wardrobe back). Aviva is a little 'too New York' for my tastes - maybe it's the constant black leggings/tights (for obvious reasons and it doesn't look too bad) she just looks too harsh for me. Sonja, can look good at times, but my personal aesthetic is like Ramona. The countess - I just can't get past the breastplate jewelry. |

I donated my husbands' corneas. We had (stupidly) never discussed it- but I felt good about doing that. They said he helped 4 people see- which is good. I'm an organ donor, now. |

OMG. First of all, Hollah looked like she was wearing those Groucho glasses with the big plastic nose in the park with Aviva.* "Bring it", Hollah? Let Ramona bring the hate, because you can take it? Can you take it from US, Hollah? Because I now LOATHE you. LOOOOOATHE. So obviously, this holistic stuff doesn't work? Because how long since they filmed and has anyone heard that Luann is preggers? Okay, Hollah just got a check in her credit column for all the mishegas with her Jax. How hard to have a child with that sort of health issue. Great PSA, as noted by others, for organ donation. I have a friend who checked that on his driver's license but hand wrote (really small) "PLEASE make sure I'm really dead before you take anything!" Hmmmmm, I'm not sure how I feel about Sonja still being willing to go to London without Hollah at least SPEAKING to Ramona about why she's not invited. I get "don't get between them" -- but not really, because it's all so fake, as Shopper points out, it's THE SHOW, not LIFE. Right? And Sonja and Ramona have history. Maybe Mario was right, that Sonja does "twist with the wind" or however he phrased it. Would Aviva ask Sonja to cater her party -- would she HAVE the party if not for the show? So is London going to be Sonja on the phone with NY all the time, planning the party? What FUN! (not.) I kinda get the value of being an intern for Sonja, because there is a lifestyle that she's in and these kids, raised maybe more normally, still want to "know" what it's like. Their parents want them to be able to deal with crazy society people ... and after working for Sonja, they certainly could. I wonder how much percentage of real people are shoved into eHarmony's "3% unmatchable" ... bet the math is off. I hate fake dates on these shows. This Turkish guy ... he's got a camera shoved in his face, how authentic could he be? Carole can't stop moving on that barstool. Funny -- the editors giving Ramona's "Oscar" win 20 seconds of air time and mostly of her being an ass. They really couldn't have painted a brighter bullseye on her.** Uh, I was happy when Ramona dragged Aviva into it. Aviva's been back and forth between Ramona and Hollah -- and I get it, but geez, finally someone who can say "You SAID it!" Cut the bullshit already. Except it seemed to me, Hollah still wanted to bullshit. "I called my friend in London ...." WTF? Liar. * LOL @ Shopper: "that penis nose" .... exactly. ** you and I agree, Mariah, Bravo has it out for Ramona this season. ETA: HOLY SHITBALLS. Sorry for the "book" ... that's what you get if you type comments as you watch the show, I guess. Edited by IcyAll, Jul 3 2012, 01:06 AM.

Okay but what the hell kind of "college credit" does Sonya think these kids are earning? And from what college? The term "indentured servant" kept coming to mind during that scene; a bunch of kids taking care of a crazy not-so-old former society lady who cooks in a busted toaster oven? Sonja DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A JOB and yet she needs three unpaid "assistants" to "help" her? I laughed out loud at The Countless seeing an acupuncturist pretending she wanted a baby. Maybe Le-Ross thinks she's younger or hasn't noticed that she didn't exactly raise her own kids. But I hope he really doesn't think she's serious about a baby because that would be such a shitty thing to do to anyone. |

I guess I recall learning a lot when I worked as a nanny. I was raised by people who didn't even care there was a world out there, a social world where things mattered -- like not being harsh with "nice things" and trying new foods BEFORE you assume you'll hate them .... and how to be gracious. I learned that (though I need reminders, LOL) from my first boss, who was a gracious society type of woman. She was also very kind. I think Sonja is kind, underneath the comedy looniness. How to get around in that world is a lesson that has value. Being an adult with responsibilities that don't change the world, or require formal education, has value ... I can't imagine, though, a college where that would equal credit. Odd. |

That was my point Icy. I agree that learning social skills absolutely has value but college credit? And Sonja implies that the parents of these kids are her friends so something tells me that life in places like the UES isn't new to them. If they aren't children of her friends then that begs the question, where did she find them? I'm thinking Craigslist, lol. Most likely they are just hoping to get on television. |

I only watched a few minutes so far because I was so tired. I though Sonja was hysterical and funny last night. I wanted to be her friend last night after that intern scene. Do the interns get to live in the townhouse? If so it's a great gig. Also, since there's more than one they have built in buddies. I'd love to hear the interns gossip about Sonja together. |

Mariah you are right about Ramona acting like a child about the non-invite. But Heather clearly loves the power of saying no. And she has Ramona's number and knows how to needle - "it's a makeover." Fightin' words to Ramona! Ramona's whole life is one excited utterance. If it is in her head, it comes out her mouth. I do think Bravo is showing us all the Ramona bad this season without tempering it with the Ramona normal scenes (I don't think there are any Ramona "good" scenes.). |

Yeah, because the likelihood of pregnancy skyrocket at 47-48 years old. Luann's probably taking hormones for peri-menopause. The new baby is just a ruse for all those estrogen pills in her medicine cabinet. Sonia and Kramerica!! 3 interns? One to file all her bankruptcy papers, another to handle her "media appearances" and the other to clean up all the dog shit. You know she probably owes several cleaning women weeks of back pay. Ok, I now totally dislike Carol. Phony undercover bitch. Ooooh, look at me..a 29yr old likes me, hee-hee but you know I only like men over 40 so you're too young for me but good enough to prove (on camera) I've still got it. STFU, you rat face. I'm convinced Holla was brought on by Andy/Bravo to give it to Ramona. Andy always gets his revenge through others. |
