That would be great if B screwed Harry too but I think B is too low on the ladder for Harry. I think they probably met in the Hamptons. Remember that B doesn't like the Hamptons - she only likes Montauk but now that she has money she rented a house in the Hamptons and it's just fine with her. Love it.

weaver - LOL...Did Bethenny "date" Harry, too?

disco - that can't be true! Bethenny doesn't care anything about fashion!
Haha, no I just made it up, but I bet she did, or at the least, she "knows" him.

I think I should go meet Harry. Come on Weaver - let's go stalk him in NYC. Bet he still has bucks but doesn't want to give it to Aviva since she has lots herself.

The thing I do appreciate about TWOP is that there are hundreds of posters, so the conversation goes on and on and on .... LOL ... if you're bored as I am this weekend (should be cleaning, but would rather be bored online), there's a bunch of reading there ... I read up and posted this:

Quote:

I often feel that the problems I have with other people are things that I truly feel about myself. I see this so much in everything Aviva rants about regarding Ramona. She says Ramona wasn't gracious in her welcome (yet it was Carole who was hostess) and in Miami before Mario and Ramona arrived, there was Aviva lamenting not having high enough thread count on the sheets for Ramona and acting as thought Ramona cares and will be insulted ... I can't recall Ramona ever saying sheets were not soft enough, I don't even know where that idea would come from. It just seemed an insult in private (but in front of the cameras). So I think Aviva cares about thread count, she thinks she deserves a high count (because she only has one leg). But in making that comment to the maid, Aviva felt she was not being gracious in welcoming Ramona and Mario into her home. She acknowledged there were too many family pictures, yet left them up and inside felt she wasn't being gracious. She let her father spew all over her guests at dinner and Ramona picked up the slack and moved the dinner along -- making Aviva feel again that she wasn't being a good hostess (and she wasn't in that case).

Since she said it I've wondered why Ramona should be the one who is gracious and welcoming. Besides the why, there's the fact that Ramona and Sonja and Luann WERE gracious, staying with Aviva to catch her up. Carole and Heather melted away (talk about ungracious!)

Now Aviva yells about how much Ramona drinks and we know that Aviva's mother (according to Aviva) was an alcoholic. So is this projection? and perhaps Aviva is worried about drinking too much herself and so it hits at her core to see someone drink without worrying -- probably a side irritation is anyone who doesn't WORRY all the time -- and she has to call it out and make it just the lowest of lows. I suspect so.

As for Aviva's beef with them bringing men home: this could relate to Harry and whatever Aviva suffered from his betrayal. It could be that she worries that this kind of freedom with sexuality will entice Reed into being another cheater like Harry. Whatever, I think it's more to do with Aviva's psychology than anything Ramona or Sonja do.

Sleeping naked with another woman? Perhaps Aviva has some latent lesbian tendencies and in channeling Carrie Nation for this and alcohol she mentally takes a stand against those urges.

The thing for me, though, is that after all this crap she's piled on Sonja and Ramona and Carole and Heather, I don't care what her problems are: I just want her gone.

That's a pretty good post find Icy. But I've got to go with the last line: I don't care what Aviva's issues are at this point. She's a drag on the show. Unlike Ramona, Aviva is crazy in a non-entertaining way [my opinion] and she seems she can't ever let go of any percieved slight even though there are many more happening all around her.

Nice post, Icy! I think you nailed it on the head.
I'll be curious to see if she'll be on next season.

And therein lies the redemption edit for Vivi next season. We already know she apologizes at the reunion for being a bitch. Does she say it's because her mother was an alcoholic and that Vivi was damaged by Harry's cheatin' ways which causes her Carry Nation behavior? The general public will eat that right up and she'll be fan favorite by the end of 2013. LOL.

I love psychoanalyzing these women.

I think Aviva is great for the show. She is a delusional, elitist bitch. I can't hate her because she is so clueless as to how she comes across. RHNYC is her karma.

Oh yes she is!

With a few exceptions, I like the way she dresses. Even the brown gauzy thing over the bikini. :$ My faves were the red dress at Ramona's and the black and white print sleeveless dress with the full skirt. Can't remember where she had it on, though. It reminded me of something Barbie would wear. Classic Barbie, not slutty Barbie. I even liked the granny outfit she wore to reprimand Ramona. It was her hair and the pinched expression that wrecked it.

It's funny watching Luann wondering which side to choose. Crazy Aviva, condescending Carole and Holla! calling her out versus Sonja who she connects with and Ramona who she despises.

Me thinks Aviva is quite aware now of how she comes across, hence the constant apologies and the apologies at the reunion. I can tell you one thing - she did not go on this show to raise awareness about missing limbs. Liar, liar pants on fire. She's a famewhore at the very core. She did it to spite Harry and make herself famous. She may need the money too.

She's the opposite of Carole. Elitist bitch is a terrific description. God I hate women like her and her husband. I prefer the elitist ex dh Harry who doesn't care and wears his pretensions on his sleeve. He's an upper class womanizing partier. Love them to play with but to marry - well ask Aviva.
