I was totally team 'Moner tonight. That Heather bitch was a complete downer and never shut up.

Well, Ramona was a bit of a downer herself with the nearly dead baby story. She should have taken a clue from Alexis and saved that story for Avery's birthday party.

I think Ramona can't stand it because Heather is a lot like her. I know I certainly would never be that rude to a guest in my home.

Love the SG commercial after the Pinot cork debacle. It's gotta kill Ramona that Bethenny's drink is doing so much better than hers.

Aviva's little girl is a doll.

Heather! SHUT THE FUCK UP!!

However, Ramona and Mario should not have said anything to her about it. Later. Behind her back. In a talking head.

Is it just me, or do all the new chicks totally ABUSE the talking head? Two-faced? I already hate them and can't wait to see them get their comeuppance! Lovely.

Andy Cohen is a genius.

Luann ... she's got competition, aight? And what is her weapon? Old shit with Ramona. Drop it, that's my advice. Because even IF Ramona apologized, Luann would still beat her up with snide comments. But all alone ... Luann's gotta drop last season's word wardrobe.

All three of the new women are excessively thin. No fat* ... Luann must feel hefty, so it explains those Simon-esque red leather pants ...

Oh fuck it, Lulu IS a weekend mom. Once again, Ramona tacklessly tells the truth.

Which is exactly why I find her the most entertaining. Plus it never fails to make Lulu's blood boil.

So Lulu does a drive by [thanks Carole Radzwill - I think I like you] and says Ramoner is "threatening her children" in which she means "threatening to tell shit about her parenting" that she has gathered from her "spies in the Hamptons."

As an example she seems all bent out of shape over Ramoner knowing about Victoria injuring herself two years ago when she snuck out of the house. Except it was the Countless that actually told that story to the world, on the show, when she said Victoria had broken her wrist [or was it ankle] sneaking out of the house while Lulu's brother was watching them and Lulu was probably "working on her music" in the city. Geeze Lulu - we all have eyes - stop pretending you are some kind of involved parent and go get your good haircut back. That long shit looks terrible.

I like that Sonya has parties in her own house. Ramoner too. That's something the OC hos stopped doing a while ago.

ETA: I remember Radzwill shilling her book on Oprah all those years ago. Of course it was a NYT Bestseller - as was anything Oprah showcased.

This is TERRIBLE- but it struck me as sooooo funny - Did Ramona say "You know what? Avery was born dead?" OMG!

The Baby was likely not "dead" at all- if there is cord compression, it takes a little longer for fetal circulation to stop and breathing to kick in, though it would be traumatic- I'm sure. And they don't make 3 foot long forceps- though maybe they feel that way.

Weird first episode- but good. I don't think Sonja looks that great- her hair looked sort of gray-ish. I like Carole. I liked her blog. I'm so glad most of their blogs are up. Almost none of them except Vicki write blogs anymore!

Yes! Because the "stupid doctor" made her push for too long. Imagine being Ramona's Ob/Gyn. Yikes.

I loved the show. I think these new people are going to add a lot of life, particularly Aviva. Heather would get on my nerves in real life, but I was happy how she didn't take any crap from Ramona. I'm sure Ramona and Sonja thought the newbies would bow down to them.

Both Ramona and Sonja looked very dated to me, Ramona with her sparkling dresses. Such a contrast to Countess , who keeps young and modern. I loved that trench coat she wore in the Central Park scene, one side of the collar was ruffled, and I really liked her outfit at Sonja's do.

Was that Victoria's own art in the show, or did she set up the show. Whichever way, I was pretty impressed. That is some sophisticated work by a young kid. And someone diciplined enough to do that has probably had some good parenting.

Carole seems nice, but I think she won't add a lot of drama.

Thank heavens we are seeing the real homes, along with the usual restaurant meetups.

Heather's office, what a contrast to Bethenny's.

Oooohhhh, Icy: "word wardrobe"? LOVE that phrase. Plus, you have completely summed up how I feel about Luann's drive-by which is the second-best phrase to come out of last night's episode. Give it up and move on, Luann. The old bags from last year are gone. The old baggage should be gone, too!

Finishing up watching. I actually despise Aviva and don't give a crap about her leg. She's a snob. Really like Carole so far. Heather is really weird. Did anyone catch a flash of Jill from the reunion? Was that on purpose or an editing error? She probably loved it. More comments later.

The new ones seem to have already established their story lines.

Aviva is the expert on all things disability. I think it's great that she is so open about her leg and it's great that she can show that something like that doesn't have to slow a person down. But it's kind of weird that she keeps bringing it up, too, and I thought it was kind of insulting towards Heather when Aviva said she could talk to Heather's son about growing up with a disability. I understand where she is coming from but she was overstepping IMO.

Heather seems to be there to argue with Ramona. That's all her TH's were about. That's going to get old fast.

Carole seems okay, but she is way too skinny and she needs some better fitting dentures.

The original 3 are the same as usual. I'd forgotten all about Lulu's hubcap necklaces!

ETA: I know what I forgot to add earlier. Does anyone else find it really weird that Sonja keeps saying that Aviva's ex Harry has been her BFF for years yet she'd never met Aviva before? How do you not know your BFF's spouse at all?

God, I just adore Lulu's style. She is hands down the most chic of any howife on any franchise. Not many people (looking at you Simon) can pull off red hot pants, but damn that bitch looked a-maz-ing in them. She always looks polished, age-appropriate, and effortlessly stunning. Ugh!

Has Ramona gotten worse?! Holy cow, I just don't get how anyone can take her or Mario seriously. I know people overlook A LOT when you have money and status, but shit, those two are insufferable. I hated the way they treated Heather in their home. I actually had no problem with Heather; I thought she was trying to be friendly and social and they put her on blast. And then Ramona calling out Sonja at the table; it just seems like a get-together at the Singers would be really stressful. For all of Lulu's haughtiness, I think she would treat guests at her home far better than these other bitches.

Now to the kids -- I can totally see Ramona going after Lulu's kids and threatening to expose any bad behavior. She has shown before that she has no problem doing that, and I honestly find it really disgusting. Is Lulu mother of the year? Hardly. I think she was one of those moms who, when the kids were young, was more than happy to have others do the heavy lifting. But I bet once they're older she'll have a stronger relationship with them. I found her to be very supportive of Victoria's talents and they seem to have an easy rapport with each other, which is more than I can say of Ramona and Avery, who looks like she is (rightly) mortiifed by her crazy-ass mother.

I think you nailed it right there. I'm pretty sure that is how it went down with Lulu, and let's not forget when the kids were young, they were in Europe. Pretty sure they had nannies, so Lulu and the Count could do their thing. But that doesn't mean that Lulu doesn't love her kids, care about them and have a good relationship with them. And because Ramona is constantly breathing down Avery's neck doesn't mean she is any closer to her daughter, or should get mother of the year.

As much as I love the crazy-ass antics of Ramona on my tv screen, I think if we all knew her in real life, we would probably be appalled at her lack of manners and tact. I think IckiVIcki got it right with "insufferable". What gives her the right to think she can comment on any and everything, but no one can say anything about her? Just glad that I don't know her. However, the one bottle of Ramona pinot I tried wasn't that bad. But again, I was getting sick, so I'll reserve my final judgment until I have another bottle.
