I thought the "4 schools in 4 years" was a little cruel- not Ramona's business- and semi-inaccurate if: Victoria finished a year at one school- finished a year at Miss Porter's- started a private school and had trouble and switched to another- so it's trouble really only with one school. The kids should really be off limits, imo. And avery- just last year- said Ramona is never home and she always eats alone.

Agree, Ranjake. Victoria and Noel seem to have turned out OK, of course we will see. Same with Avery. Maybe we will see her on some college visits this year.

As far as keeping liquor out of your Hamptons party, I would bet that is hard to do with these kids. At least LuAnn was there and handled the situation.

And as you said, Ramona is out so many nights of the week. Who is monitoring Avery, the doorman?

NOt to mention Ramona would never fucking notice if there was liquor missing. She's too consistently drunk to notice. As long as Avery doesn't touch the Pinot, she's golden.

I think the "kids" made themselves "ON" limits when they posted that You Tube. Or maybe not.

I feel sorry for her kids, I always remember her son crying and begging her to stay for taco night, and how she treated him like a panhandler on the street as she went out to go clubbing. Again.

Real Lulu is so different from the act she puts on for RHNY, and that will always backfire. That's one thing I agree with Bethenny about, just be your true self, warts and all, and viewers will accept you. Try to fool them? Sooner or later you will be found out.

One example would be Lulu's "manners" book, when it's so obvious that she has memorized a few silverware placings, but has no clue that manners are all about making other people comfortable.

We get glimpses of the true Lulu from time to time. In Morocco with the whole "save my seat" nonsense in the car? The way she just laughed and blew it off even though that was going against "her team" seemed cool, and probably more of the "real" Lulu than the bitch who wouldn't call her guests for dinner, and then told them there was no food left. (ahem, see the manners joke as above)

Real Lulu, admittedly from tabloids and what we see on the show, but I think this is close.

1. Drinks and parties. A LOT. Grabs men's crotches or falls down occasionally whilst doing so.
2. Avoided her kids as much as possible, left them with the nanny or at boarding school.
3. Had a sham marriage, both were seeing other people for years, and the original housewives all knew.
4. Holds on to a fake "Countess" title with both hands to rid herself of humble beginnings.
5. Can't afford real jewels so wears big clunky arts and crafts jewelry as a "style choice."
6. Was scared to death of Jill, so, as she's done before, sucked up big time.
7. Is horny as hell and loves her boy toy, spending most of her time with him in the city (without those pesky children)
8. If anything, strives much harder than Alex to be accepted into real society or real money.
9. I think she's secretly VERY happy that Jill and KooKoo are gone. Ditto to the gauche vagdazzler and her doppelganger, Alex.
10. Is stuck in Jill's rut, trying to do the team-gang-up thing for any kind of a storyline that will leave her private life very private.
11. MIGHT come out of her shell a bit with time away from the toxic past 2 seasons. If she does, I think I might actually like her, the true self that has been hidden all these years. The one who learned Italian and landed that TV job, and modeled, and lived in Europe away from small town nowhereville. The one who didn't land a prince, but did land a phony, paid-for-title-that-means-nothing count. And then she looked around a couple of kids later wondering, "Is that all there is?"

If she would just be HERSELF, she would be so much more fascinating and likable. The act is her glass, brittle shell that everyone can see through. She should just crack that flimsy, dusty shell herself and emerge free, as a grown woman who did some remarkable things to get ahead in her life, and isn't ashamed of that. Loud and proud Lulu with her "alls I'm sayin'" roots needing no apologies would be SO much more interesting.

I'm not swallowing either side's versions of the "facts" wholesale. We've seen Luann running out when her kids ask her to stay, we know Victoria was filmed using poor judgement (at least), we know Victoria broke her arm(s)? trying to sneak out when her uncle was babysitting ... switching schools seems to be more a function of money and divorce than Victoria being a rebel. I didn't think her art was fabulous, but it does show some attention and effort and those speak well of her. And Noel has his skateboard artwork line, so there's good stuff going on with the kids. Could it be influence from other people as well? Sure, but that's true of all kids.

I just don't see Luann as a motherly type. I don't see her sitting in the living room watching TV after dinner while the kids potter around, doing homework, etc. I can see Ramona and Mario being home together, watching a movie or talking/drinking!, while Avery is doing her school work or on the computer. They just strike me as those kinds of people. Doesn't make them better parents, but part of the parenting component is being there ... benign neglect is still neglect, even if the parent LOVES the child.

I see an interest in Luann's manners and actions of "being on top" ... while with Ramona, I see her saying "it's all fun or good for business but I can't put effort into a phony victory" ... I hope Luann calms down. Ramona, there's no fixing.

ETA: was writing this as Mariah was posting hers above. Great post and list, Mariah!

Of all of the kids on all of the housewives shows though? If I had to pick one to keep, it would be Avery. She seems so smart, kind, collected, funny, and able to be assertive and pretty mature as well.

I think one school kicked them out for the "n" word and the pot smoking on that You Tube they posted. Which housewife was that who re-tweeted the link? Ramoner?

Lulu reminds me of a cat we had when we were kids. We had two, Fluffy and Superstition, both females, neither fixed. (Yeah, we were poor, couldn't afford it, took them in as strays, horrifies me today.) ANYWAY, they both had litters at the same time. Fluffy was very motherly. Superstition took all of her kittens over to Fluffy who couldn't nurse all 9 kittens but tried. Superstition went out to party, no matter how hard we tried to keep her in. Every single night. We ended up hand feeding her kittens after many attempts to force her to nurse. Again, just kids, so they all died. We didn't know that you have to wipe there bottoms with a wash cloth to stimulate waste removal, that's why the momma cats are always licking them. So sad. It still haunts me.

Anyway, Lulu reminds me of Superstition. Just has very few mothering instincts but since the Count had been married so many times, knew she better squeeze out a few kids to cement her new status.

So wait, I just saw in Alex's video recap that one of Lulu's kid's paintings had something about KUSH in it? Well, the little scamp! Lulu probably had no idea what KUSH is. :D

***NO MEDICAL CARD NEEDED TO ENTER. EVERYONE OVER 18 WELCOME!

Kush Expo OC – is THE WORLD\'S BIGGEST Medical Marijuana Mega Show. There will be hundreds of booths and tons of giveaways. Live concerts and a Hot Kush Girl Contest. The resting lounge will include food, a full liquor bar and massage chairs.

Then again, I bet Lulu tokes up quite a bit herself. Maybe the kids got into her stash before they decided to make that video.

Real Lulu, come out come out wherever you are!

Wipe kitten butts with a washcloth? Gross. I knew allergies weren't the only reason I avoid cat contact. :P

Great list Mariah. And I think you nailed the behavior we saw last night with #10.

Bravo is always misleading in their promos but trying to make us think Luann and French Schwimmer talking about having a baby together is ridiculous. Does Andy think we just started watching this show?

Okay, I totally agree that Lulu has the best style and age appropriate beautiful wardrobe. I used to LOVE her hair - in fact I took her pic to my hairstylist a couple years ago and got something similar. So I'm wondering what you guys think of her new longer do? I think it looks like hell. I also think she's had something not too subtle down around the eyes - which dissapoints me.

You don't have to do it when the mother cat is taking care of her kittens. The wet roughness mimics the mother's tongue. Apparently they can't poop on their own for a few weeks. :(

Oh, okay then. Still, I think I'll continue to pass on cats.

Good list Mariah.

Re the daughter's art. meh, The jury is out on that one. The daughter didn't seem to into it (just wanted to sell and get money and frankly who's coming to LuLu's garage to buy a painting). Remember Victoria has a cousin into art. I won't believe it's Victoria till I see a paint brush in her hand. I'd be more apt to believe Noel - he at least has shown some ambition...Victoria, not.so.much.

I don't remember LuLu running out on Taco night. Was this back when she had Rosie the nanny.

LuLu's on Wendy W today, but she's been relegated to the third segment..after Kim Coles AND affordable summer accessories. Talk about 3rd banana. I haven't gotten to her segment yet, if it's interesting I'll report back.

Finally - Carole's blog for the win..but it should be, she's a writer.

Ok I'm back - it's not just Bravo hinting at Baby. LuLu brought it up on Wendy today and said ' Jaques and are talking babies' Wendy inserts 'not at 47!' and LuLu responds 'yeah it will be difficult, but it will be great if that happens....but if it doesn't happen, who knows what the future holds.'

Hopefully they won't film Lulu peeing on a stick. Or, if they do, hopefully someone has come out with a menopause stick that you pee on to see if that's why your monthly visitor has bailed on you!

Ramona's Learning Annex class. Someone needs to give a Learning Annex class on punctuation.

Ramona does Learning Annex!
