I totally believe it's at least 50%. Sadly it's probably higher than that, but as a friend wisely pointed out to me: people get married for different reasons. So infidelity isn't a huge deal to some people.

You would not believe the number of couples I know with open marriages. It's not an overwhelming majority but it's a decent percentage and I don't know that many people. As far as they're concerned, that's not cheating because it's agreed that they can dally on the side.

I personally couldn't do it. But I can't judge others who do. If it works for them fine. But then there is the whole kid factor. People are up in arms that Juicy cheats on Joe and say she is a bad example to her kids. Is it for the cheating or the cunt calling or what?

I can understand the value of an open marriage, certainly over a regular marriage where they sleep around but don't tell. At least they have honestly, and can take steps to protect themselves against possible STDs.

That said, I can't imagine any of the Jersey wives agreeing to an open marriage. They seem more the type to cry and scream and threaten, while the guys apologize and show up with flowers or jewelry and a bunch of lies if they are caught, and, of course, promise to never do it again.

Juicy was on FIRE tonight! I loved him.

Okay Andy - let's spell out the difference between Tre saying to a magazine in a controlled setting "I am afraid of Joe going away," and Cow or Melissa trying to goad (goat) her into saying something incriminating on camera if she loses her cool. That was the whole point of the Deck ambush and the Solstice party. Cow, Clownie and Melissa brought up things Tre said she didn't want to talk about on camera because she was afraid of saying something that could be used against her/Joe in a court of law. That is different than making a prepared statement to a magazine.

Now Cow asked that they not talk about Nicholas on camera, and that was respected - rightfully so.

I couldn't/wouldn't do it either. But again, people get married for all sorts of different reasons. I did because I dated everyone else in the world and Mr. Velvet was the only one left I knew I didn't want to be with anyone else. I truly waited, and dated, and waited, and when we got together I knew there was no one else who would ever catch my eye. But people who get married on the younger side can tend to have that feeling like they didn't get it out of their system. And so when someone enticing presents themselves...some people can't help but jump at it.

I'd never tolerate it because I'd be thinking I waited all this time to be cheated on? No thanks. But for someone who is my age but married 20 years with several kids. Tough call.

It was on at 8:49 for 10 minutes. A first look at Pt. 3. Plenty of time to catch the debate after. Love that my 15 y.o. son is watching it.

ETA -Love that my son is watching the debate. But how funny that my kids all love Juicy!

He's too smarmy for me. I see it objectively but I can't stand him.
