Every time I see Jennifer I think tranny. I think she was just doing her paid by Bravo job to keep the story cohesive. Someone had to hear the initial conversation and someone had to run back and tell Melissa. Tranny Jenny was hired! I swear Kim D. needs to get some better fitting dentures. She slurps her words. I guess her paid by Bravo job is shit disturber. For someone who wants nothing to do with Tre Jax sure does butt in a lot. STFU and worry about your kid. Cracked me up that Gia wanted nothing to do with wearing the walking cookbook advertisement apron. Something I noticed in the flashback to the christening. JoeGo is obviously very upset when he's talking to his father and what does his father say? "Go cry to your mother." Nice, real nice. No wonder that family is all kinds of effed up. |

Is Joe any different from his father when he tells Gino "don't cry" "don't you cry" when he got beaned in the head? |

I think tough dads always say those things while the moms would say the opposite. He should have been coddled though. That looked like it hurt. |

Eighty pounds of sausage????? Jax is teetering on the edge. The dinner with Caroline and Al was the most awkward thing I've ever seen. A pied a terre in Hoboken, BWAHAHA. |

Very true and I see your point. It jut boggles my mind that a child, even an adult one, could be so obviously hurt and upset over something and that's the only thing his father says to him? Go cry to your mommy? WTF? |

Eighty pounds is probably a years worth of sausage. I'm sure they eat quite a bit of it. And since it is homemade they can control the amount of fat and preservatives in it. Eighty pounds of sausage????? At first I thought you were going to post a funny about 80lbs of sausage in a 40 lb sack referring to Lauren. The dinner with Caroline and Al was the most awkward thing I've ever seen. A pied a terre in Hoboken, BWAHAHA. What is sadder, that Fat Al ordered all those fish dishes not knowing Caroline doesn't like fish or that he knew and doesn't care? Since when did Hoboken become the mecca for empty nesters and retirees in NJ? Caroline is so transparent and yet so obtuse. I bet she truly believes she DIDN"T move to Hoboken to be near the boys. "Al would like to be in Manhattan" ... but Clownie didn't want him that far away. She can check on him in Hoboken ... "just heading over to check on the boys" ... an excuse to be in town. |

That dinner *was* so painful. Are they bored with each other, or is Al just bored with Caroline? |

I don't see Al as a Manhatten guy. Or a Hoboken guy. I think Al is content in Franklin Lakes or in his hidey-hole in the Brownstone. Al is finished with "the kids", all of them. He wants them out of his house and out of his wallet. But Caroline won't cut the cord or stop funneling money to them. Al was under the impression Christopher at least would take over the business, at least that seemed to be the plan, season one. But Caroline was crushed that Golden Boy Albie flunked out of law school and decided Bravo offered opportunities her sons deserved, bigger and better than the Brownstone or an Esq after Albie's name. Suddenly all Daddy worked for was looked down on and Al knows Caroline is behind it. I think he is seething with anger. His passive aggressive comments to the boys about their restaurant, his cold indifference to Caroline... He is an angry and hurt guy. He called Kim G a cunt at the holiday party, he may be the next hubby to call his wife one. |

Yeah, that was one angry guy, he didn't even want to hide it for the camera's sake. Her attempt at a smile was pitiful. I almost felt sorry, then I remembered who it was. |

Yeah, that's the problem with Clownie. If it were anyone else, you'd feel some empathy or sympathy, but shes such a judgmental, egotistical know it all, you can't muster it up for long. She'll never admit her refusal to let her boys go off on their own is destroying her marriage. Her identity as a mother has over taken her identity as Caroline. Without them she is nothing, she has no interests outside of them. Ecen the boys know it, their nervous joking attempts to give her a clue fall on deaf ears. |
