I think there a good chance the Juicy's will be able to cut a nice deal for themselves. They have a great lawyer. They have Bravo also. I can see Bravo being a bit nervous about what Tre and Joe reveal about production games with regard to stuff like Tre paying cash for the furniture,, I've heard Tre say before that the producers staged that scene. She never had 120,000 in cash to pay for it, but they wanted it to look like she paid cash for dramatic purposes. While I believe Joe and Tre have to answer for a lot, I think Bravo might be concerned that what is revealed in court papers about producer manipulation of what viewers see. Didn't we comment often how empty so much of both Tre and Joe Go's houses were? Especially during the big party scenes.

I'm leaning towards hefty fines, perhaps a brief 6-18 month sentence in a cushy fed pen for Joe and probation for Tre.

If Bravo is subpoenaed they will absolutely give them what they asked for. Maybe it will be a closed trial but I doubt they won't be honest. Most of the stuff was done prior to their joining the Ho's

At this point I don't think it matters what Bravo is worried about coming out. Teresa and Joe will be questioned under oath about the shopping that was filmed for the show. If they try and say Bravo gave them money and it was all for show, what happened when the camera stopped? Did they give the money back to Bravo and really nothing was purchased? Was it given to them as a gift from Bravo? If so did they declare that gift on their tax return? Wait, did they even file a tax return?

Plus, that is such small potatoes here. Their real problem is that they submitted fake documents to secure mortgage loans. They then tried to declare bankruptcy on those loans and they lied on their bankruptcy paperwork. They withheld information on additional income they had coming in, especially Teresa with her Bravo related money. And I'm not talking about money for furniture shopping, I'm talking about concrete income like HW salary, bonuses, profits from book sales, appearance fees, etc. The mortgage stuff started long before Bravo came along.

Bravo won't like any of this, I'm sure, but I'm also pretty sure that the feds don't really care what Bravo likes.

Just read Teresa's blog. In the end she says how she publicly apologized to Danielle and that at least Danielle's daughters aren't acting the fool on twitter. I kind of wish Danielle was still on, only to show the difference between her daughters and the losers Asslee and CIITR.

I went on over to Danielle's twitter - her eldest, Christine, is still with IMG and has a 4.0 in her second year of college, and her youngest is on some cheer squad or something. As fascinatingly frightening as I find her face, Danielle and her ex made beautiful children - I think her daughters are gorgeous, and I would love, if they were still on the show, to see the dichotomy between her two beautiful daughters and Lapband Lauren. Sad when a high schooler has accomplished more than her mid twenties ass.

Well, look at Dinyell and look at Clownie. Bodies, hair, figure, height ... Dinyell has it all over Clownie and so do her children. Lauren could be a nice girl, which would help, but she inherited her character from her mother. I think she has nothing to prove because her mother insists her children are perfect. Dinyell has to prove herself every day and that has rubbed off on her daughters. It seems like a good thing, because they're getting good grades and have exciting opportunities not handed to them on a silver platter. I just don't think it's assured that they are happy(ier) than any other kid on the show. I think we'll hear a big sigh of relief from all the juniors when the show ends.

EAT:
Slowly from last season to this season, I've come to despise CTRII almost as much as her mother.

I'm wondering if Bravo is doing a better job of vetting their ho-wives since RHONJ? I doubt it.

Last night Clownie tells us Big Al hates the Hoboken apartment because none of their clothes are there - they have to pack. Whaaat? Where are Big Al's clothes? I'm convinced the story about trying to establish residency in Hoboken is true and either they are really still living in the manse or Big Al is living somewhere besides Hoboken - like his Brownstone apt and shows up for filming.

Speaking of Big Al, I guess every marriage is different but Mr. C would be able to tell me to 'shut the eff up' exactly once, much less in front of family and on camera. Still, I cheered Big Al. Poor man has been married to Clownie all these years - even if he hasn't had to live with her.

Those two lovely Manzo boys making fun of the Brownstone was rich, since that place has paid for their 'privileged' lifestyle their whole lives, and continues to do so even though they are grown men.

Albie does look sad. And he should. He started this show with big dreams of law school and career as a mob er, family lawyer and now has become a famewhore who thought he could get rich selling dirty water. Plus I think he is realizing his mother will always be in the middle of his life and eventually, his responsibility. Clownie will make sure of it.

I think the Manzo spawn love being part of this show. It's all they do, really. They are failed famewhores.

Icy, I used to feel bad for Clownie II; The Revenge but not so much anymore either. She is voluntarily living at home and doing nothing with her life. I don't think she even has much fun unless it's bashing Teresa on camera.

Clownie 2 is insufferable. She is so high and mighty about Teresa's kids. Let's see her do a better job.

The sizzle tan stuff was funny.

It really is a shame about the tax stuff because I think it puts a pall on the rest of the season. I think this episode would have been a lot more fun to watch.

I was always kind of surprised at how well adjusted and normal Danielle's girls always seemed to be. Glad to hear they are still doing well.

I really just space out when any scene is strictly the Manzo's. I just don't care. I do wonder if the Manzo boys are going to serve their BLK water at their restaurant instead of regular water.

Someone suggested that the whole BLK thing was a way for Chris to write off huge losses and I thought "BINGO!" ... that seems so likely. I mean, the premise: BLACK WATER ... uh, would take a real PT Barnum type of salesperson to put over. Not the Manzos, God forgive them. I do think neither Albie nor Crittofer knew what was up in their Uncle's head about it -- they took it seriously. He probably thought it would be a valuable learning experience for them, plus a good storyline for the show. Maybe that's how Cow sold it to Chris if he cared at all about the repercussions for Al & Crittofer.

So much shit we forgot to snark on - I'm rewatching it now:

1) Rosie's awkward pick ups at the Clam Shack - wtf? I was howling at how the chic was so not into her and Rosie was getting drunker and drunker.

2) Missy's whack ass 'rapping' during the bumper - yuck I almost threw up my dinner.

3) Juicy driving? WTF? Isn't he still on probation?

Jackpot - sneak peak on NOW!

Damn it I always miss these sneak peeks.

Missy rapping was lame, but all of them laughing at her - really? It wasn't funny. Not even close.

Rosie was drunk the entire last two episodes. When they were at that retreat there was not one scene where she didn't have a drink in her hand and on their way fishing (which was sometime early in the day) she noted they would need to stop by a liquor store.

I thought Missy's rap was kind of funny. :ermm:

I've wondered about Juicy driving, too. I still want to know why none of those idiots knows how to use a seatbelt.

I think I dozed off during the Rosie gay bar part. I just don't care.

I was just finishing up the episode and noticed something quite funny. Tre was only drinking Fabulinis *sp - throughout dinner while everyone else switched to wine. I thought it was so funny. They are sweet and pretty much and aperitif or the like. I highly doubt she drank bellinis all through dinner prior to her launching her concoction.

Is Tre's stuff only carried in Jersey stores? Not that I'd buy it anyway but I've never seen her stuff around. I have seen Skinny Girl stuff.
