Tre's kids. Wow. Gia looks so stressed by everything yet at the same time working it for the camera. The one who has to be adopted can't remember name, wow, looks like no genetic material to mom and dad even more now! Milania is a STAR, totally agree. Amber's daughter needed her hair brushed. Hello. I think that one is off her rocker. Watch what happens. Gino (Dino?) was entertaining. CCC what is the story on their restaurants? The divorced twin looks a little "rough" the skin, like she's been ridden hard and put away wet moreso than the restauranters wife twin. Love Dina's CLOSET> Oh my gawwwd. She is so pretty. I'm glad she is back. I do not miss Kathy, her sister, or the Cow. A bit. I am not sure I'll love the new girls. I was HORRIFIED by the house entrance not being salted and prepared for snowy shoes. That, is no hostess. That's a hostess who paid a caterer and has no original thoughts, creativity or sense. The over the top of these Italian families is fascinating to me. The food, the cake, the sparkles, Liberace Chic. We'd be having an 80th bday for Grandma, cookout with farm fresh strawberry shortcake, longnecks from an icy horse water tub with the wafting scent of Deep Woods Off and a whiffle ball tournament and having a ball. It's so different and really just amazing. |

Every time Teresa opened her big mouth my heart grew colder. Her victim crap was really grating. "I just want things to go back to the way they were." Uh, spending millions (MILLIONS!) you didn't have???? Or, "The attorney fees are huge." Waaah Waaaaah Waaaah. This isn't something that just happened to her. This is something she totally participated in. But, my cold heart melted a little at the end during the scene with Juicy and his now deceased dad. That was sweet. On Miliania, I don't think production told her to yell, "Give me some pizza, you old troll." Lol, I still love that. Or pounding her baby sister or any of the things in the seasons past. That said, she's certainly gotten a ton of attention for her bad behavior and backtalk so it's natural she would expand on that and continue. She's a hellion and I love watching her give Tre and Juicy hell. Gia is a beauty. That at 12 she wants to be a criminal lawyer (to save her dad?) kind of says it all doesn't it? Poor kid. Juicy's speech to his family: "We done good. We got doctors and hygieeenists and whatnot... I love youse guys." Hahahaha.
Thanks Fin, my dvr cut off the previews. The most surprising part of that story is Tommy sleeping with a woman. I really thought Dina was his beard - even when she told her therapist she keeps sleeping with him. So now I think he basically married her because of family pressure - he's Big Al's brother right? |

Cosmo - I always heard those Tommy is Gay rumors too. So who knows. Maybe she "slep wit someone else." I think the husband's name is Rino as in Reeno. Bada Bing Bada Boom. I kind of appreciate seeing some more of the jersey italian goombas before suburbia makes everyone homogenized. They are still Sheepshead Bay/Brooklyn/Staten Island mob-type Italians. Every generation gets more assimilated into whitebread. Throwbacks. Awful, but kind of like going to the zoo to gawk. It always cracked me up going to Twop (and now previouslytv) and having people say, "We are NOT like that in Jersey!" (or OC or wherever). As if Bravo is going to film all of us boring people. |

I watched but I painted my nails the whole time and didn't really seem to care that I missed parts. I do like Melissa's lighter hair in the TH's but that God awful purple lipstick has got to go! |

All of this. Just watching for the first time- my heart is breaking for Joe and Gia. The new people- who cares- and Dina wants to be on reality TV but not talk about her reality- I guess. I didn't miss her. I do think she's very pretty. ETA: OMG- that scene with Joe's Dad was just beautiful. Teresa seems just really, really shallow. Edited by ranjake, Jul 15 2014, 08:59 PM.

I know. Dina basically told Andy on WWHL she's there for a paycheck. I'm watching the repeat now before RHONY and totally forgot I wanted to mention the thing with Melissa said about never seeing or talking to her girlfriend after the girlfriend (one of the new ones, I don't know her name yet) was a bridesmaid in Melissa's wedding. Who does that? She's such a good friend she stands up for you at your wedding and then you just never speak again? Wow. That said, I once flew home from Alaska to be in a college friends wedding. It was a big deal and by deal I mean expense. That was the last I heard from her until two years later when I ran into her at another friend's wedding and she had a completely new husband, lol. |

But according to Melissa, once you get married you just kind of drift away from every friend you have in your life. Yeah, because that sounds normal, although your story, Cosmo, is hilarious. Talk about turn around in 2 years. |

Cosmo so funny - although Alaska is pretty remote and cold. If he didn't work out, I'd be working on a new man pretty quickly too! The Gawker recap was pretty funny about Teresa walking in on Joe and his Dad's moment - same sentiment about how she doesn't get emotional moments. Shallow is right. I watched the marathons before hand, and I do think her "shallowness" is the strength that is getting this whole family through their current troubles. She said that she has to be strong to keep the family together, and I think she is right. Joe IMO is off the deep end in wine and women (if you believe Radar and his bloated, red face and watery eyes) as he waits to go to jail. And Teresa is grabbing every paycheck she can to keep the family going. Edited by Finestra, Jul 16 2014, 08:03 AM.

Nobody watching? It's a Giudice Christmas! Well, Kathy Wakike us breaking out the tits. And Ritchie looks like he's stress-eating. Edited by andme, 5 minutes ago. Did Rino bicycle over to Xmas dinner? Took a cab? And his meat looked awful. |

Except for my curiosity on the excesses of Xmas from a broke family, and Dina's closet this season bores me already. |

I only caught the last 1/2 hour - took my daughter to camp. Juicy is drinking his sorrows. Andme I thought the same thing about Kathy and the bubbies. Why the sudden cleavage Kathy? Did she do something to them? She always had them I think - maybe she had a reduction. Random gift just randomly lands in Teresa's lap. But I guess a dictionary would have been fitting for any of them. Lie-barry. I thought Rino's dinner looked pretty good. How about the twin's boyfriend buying the shoe at the drug store. Cheap bastard. And the mom calling him out on it. Awks as my kids say. Yes twin, that does say something about your relationship. It means he doesn't value you at all. Not more than the $19.99 shoe from the store that just happened to be open on Xmas day. I wonder if he started dating her after she was cast on the show. Dina may be boring but I do like her hanging out with Lexi, more of what these shows were about when they first aired. Teresa is so dense, she is the only one who could not come up with a creative name for the dog. "Let's call it fluffy cuz it looks so fluffy." or did she say Fuzzy. Joe Giudice was right about one thing. He is lucky to have her for a wife because she does keep working hard and not caterwauling and crying all day. She may be in denial. But she could be making his life a living hell right now with either crying all day or screaming all day. Edited by Finestra, Jul 21 2014, 07:48 AM.

The twins' mother gets to me. I find her beyond annoying and extremely attention whorey. I'm not really liking the new girls. I find myself rooting for Tre and I don't want to. At all. But I feel bad for her, Joe and the girls. I hope the girls stay close and be best friends like Joe was telling them. I also liked seeing Dina's and Lexi's interaction. They have a very close relationship, and as fucked up as Dina's life seems to be, the mother/daughter relationship is one thing she got right. Also, I want kids, but that is another topic, perhaps for a therapist. |

Oleander, I get that. Compare Dina's relationship with Lexie with Caroline's relationship with Lauren, and then her boys. I think Kathy Wakile probably has the most typical relationship with her daughter. Dina and Lexie seem almost too close - like not typical. There is a neediness I think in Dina when it comes to Lexie. Like remember when she freaked out with Lexie going to Greece or Cyprus or wherever she went all those years ago? Or maybe I am too standoffish when it comes to my girls. I need to get in there more! |
