Here is the Patch article on in http://ridgewood.patch.com/articles/real-housewives-stars-file-counterclaims-following-bloody-ridgewood-brawl
Quote:

A Ridgewood judge ruled Thursday night that there is enough probable cause to have complaints of assault and terroristic threats issued against three cast members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey following a bloody brawl on Saturday.

Ridgewood Municipal Court Judge David Pfund reviewed complaints filed by Johnny Karagiorgis, 38, of Paramus, alleging that cast members Joe Gorga, Chris Laurita and Jacqueline Laurita assaulted him at the grand opening of Posche 2 clothing boutique.

By the time the brawl was broken up by security, clothes were trampled, sinks were destroyed and blood stained the walls of 74 East Ridgewood Avenue. During the brief-but-intense scuffle, Karagiorgis said Jacqueline Laurita struck him with the point of her stiletto heel.

Karagiorgis filed the complaint Saturday night. He claims his nose was broken.

The trio have a first court appearance scheduled on April 18 in Ridgewood Municipal Court.

Because some of the claims are indictable offenses, it's likely the matter will be referred to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, Ridgewood Municipal Court Administrator Maria Doerr told Patch.

The three cast members filed counterclaims against Karagiorgis on Thursday, alleging he made terroristic threats and committed assault.

A probable cause review of the counterclaims has not yet been conducted, Doerr said.

The events that led to the fight – which was captured by the cameras of Bravo, the cable channel that airs the show – remain unclear.

Multiple sources told Patch Karagiorgis allegedly made offensive comments about the Lauritas' autistic three-year-old son, which may have sparked the brawl.

The same sources said Gorga confronted Karagiorgis over public comments Karagiorgis and an ex-boyfriend of his wife Melissa made in recent months.

Karagiorgis denies he made any comments regarding Lauritas' son and claims he was “set up” by producers of Bravo.

“This is the type of notoriety I don’t want,” Karagiorgis told NorthJersey.com.

Will Love, a friend of Karagiorgis, said the Paramus resident would not make negative comments about an autistic child.

"His wife Penny was a long-time special education teacher in Maywood (where I live) and the family has supported my cousin's local organization (Tyler's Gift Foundation) to raise funds and awareness for autistic children," he told Patch.

Here is the original Patch article on the brawl:
Quote:

A Paramus man has filed charges against two cast members of the Real Housewives of New Jersey after a sink-throwing brawl left blood on the walls at the Saturday grand opening of a Ridgewood clothing boutique, Patch has learned.

More than 100 guests were at the opening of Real Housewives regular Kim DePaola's Posche 2, including the show's cast and crew, when the drama broke out.

A fight broke out after a guest, identified as Johnny Karagiorgis, 38, of Paramus, allegedly made fun of the autistic son of cast member Jacqueline Laurita and her husband Christopher.

Posche 2 is in the same space that houses Moxie Salon's second location, which is under construction.

Joe Gorga and Albie Manzo came to Christopher Laurita's aid during the confrontation and it led to a brawl between the Housewives men and Karagioris, Dunn said.

"It was a huge brawl. Three of Kim D's clothes racks were destroyed and three of our custom sinks were broken," said Moxie Salon co-owner Jennifer Dunn. "There was blood on the walls."

One of the fight participants threw one of the sinks during the fight, Dunn said. Bravo's cameras were rolling and captured the tumult.

Ridgewood police confirmed a brawl took place Saturday night and said Karagiorgis filed a citizen's complaint alleging that three individuals assaulted him.

Sources tell Patch two of the three named in Karagiorgis's complaint are cast members Gorga and Christopher Laurita. Manzo was not named in the complaint, sources said.

Police said the investigation into the brawl remains active. Ridgewood Municipal Court Judge David Pfund will conduct a probable cause hearing to determine if charges are filed against the alleged aggressors.

"There was a report of a dispute that led to an assault," Ridgewood Police Chief John Ward said. "We cannot confirm or deny it involved any cast members."

Ward declined further comment, but said he was unaware if any cross-complaints had been filed against Karagiorgis or other parties.

Dunn estimated the damage to the sinks and the wall to be more than $15,000. Kim D's clothing damage was also said to have represented tens of thousands in losses.

The Housewives were remorseful the brawl broke out on Saturday night, Dunn said.

"They felt really awful about it. I want people to know they're so much nicer than they're made out to be."

That Johnny guy and his wife have been trying to get her on as Ho for awhile now. Isn't he the guy who showed up at the hair salon and started questioning Teresa about Melissa? He's full of crap that he doesn't want the notoriety.

Other than that it doesn't surprise me that a brawl took place. Isn't that standard for NJ? Hell it's probably written into their contracts that a brawl must take place at a Posche fashion show.

If I owned a business in NJ there is no way I'd ever let them film RHONJ there, at least not if it was a big party with everyone. No way in hell.

ETA: I saw this on ROL
http://radaronline.com/exclusives/2013/04/real-housewives-new-jersey-fight-joe-gorga-jaqueline-laurita-police-charges/

Radar was first to report on the knock down drag out bust up, which involved Johnny Karagiorgis getting into a punch up with Joe Gorga along with Christopher and Jacqueline Laurita on March 30 at Kim D’s Posche Boutique party – and Karagiorgia filed a complaint with police Tuesday – one day AFTER he bragged on Twitter that he wasn’t hurt in the fracas!

I hope they have that April 18 hearing in the Bergen County Courthouse, I work right next door!!
There was a pic of JTG's head and he did have some nasty cuts and bruises.
Chris Laurita IMO has always looked like he was itching for a fight. And Joe Gorga has to release his poison one way or another. Props to Joe Guidice for staying out of it.

I was looking for photos of the brawl, but there's nothing I can find. I did read Perez Hilton's version and it has additional information via quotes. 1. Lauren Manzo was there and BROKE UP THE FIGHT 2. Johnny must have said more than one thing, because he was described as "not backing down" .... Plus, there's an awesome gif as the picture

Andy may have his hands full cleaning up this mess. Apparently they had no permits to film, Ridgewood takes it small town image very seriously. These fools are looking at serious criminal charges, not only that the financial impact on Bravo for lawsuits and I'll bet more and more communities hesitate on issuing filming permits. I'm betting Andy is NOT happy with this crowd.

No tweets from Jax? Chris must have her on lockdown.

My daughter has the table flip episode on DVR, so we watch it about 1x a week. Jax is a total loose cannon. I can see why Bravo didn't want her at the season 3 reunion. She totally outed Dina and Clownie about Danielle's book.

If she impaled him with her stiletto, then she is in trouble.

I was over at Famewhorgas and this comment made me think that Cow is the worst mother:

Quote:

“I am friends with Ashlee, Jacqueline’s daughter. Last season all the beef between them was because Ashlee knows about her mother’s past as a stripper, and Jacqueline had a lot of guilt due to that and was afraid Ashlee would hint at her past on the show. This is why Ashlee moved out to Cali on money she made from the show, even though her parents made it seem like a ploy on their part to get Ashlee out of the house. Jac became so paranoid, and was trying to use whatever excuse she could to get her daughter to move away due to the skeletons in her closet. Also Ashley was told by her mom in Season 2? to threaten Danielle Staub, make fake facebook pages, and do other things to hurt Danielle in order to continue living in her home (she told me). Ashley was so tired of her mother acting like a goody-two shoes on TV when she hasn’t been the most perfect mother. She was also tired of the Manzo kids acting like they had their shit together, while making fun of her on TV when they were still getting money from their parents. It’s also why Ashley got the tattoo of the skull head on the back of her wrist as a reminder to always be honest to herself and to never keep any skeletons in her closet like her mom and other members of the family.” – Nick, September 28, 2012, Fame-Whorgas

Nick... is that the guy who was Ashlee's boyfriend as season or two ago?

So, Andy has his own fan page on FB and yes, I liked it. But the little gossipmonger in me is glad I did, since they have some good dish on there.
