"Sight words" is a concept they use in my nephew's kindergarten class. So is Nick kindergarten age already? Or is he advanced ... maybe it's Aspberger's.

Roller Coaster, intense season says Teresa. Everyone is going to get a little of what they are looking for says Clownie.

Tre feels she is "more humbler."
Clownie has no regrets.

Tre and Fidget are in a good place now, they are speaking.

Both think it is the best season yet.

A lot of surprises. People working together toward a cause that you wouldn't expect working together.

Clownie had 50 people at her house during Sandy so it was like a big party. Tre chimes in that she only lost power for 1 hour so she had a lot of people at her house too.

I think it's probably "PECS"- forget exactly what it stands for Picture...blahblahblah System. It was super for Jake- but among the FIRST things we did- I would have thought they would have done it with Nicholas already. You take pictures of absolutely EVERYTHING in the Child's life- and the people - all toys- all foods- etc- and use labels. When they're non-verbal- they can use a photo prompt- so can point to "ball" if that's what they want. It's a doorway to communication. It's in a notebook with clear plastic. we had 2 -a Big one- and a photo album sized one- and basically used it every second Jake was awake- and I think it played a large part in him becoming verbal again. Have to wonder why it took so long for them to start this with Nicholas? Shame- wasted time, imo. She should have been using it for all of the past year- and doing lots of ABA (autism training) with discrete trials (basically teaching little steps in increments of 5 and using little rewards). She's really frustrating. The Parent's have to take the lead and be teaching every second they're with him. UGH- Jacqueline.

I didn't explain PECS well- but if you google it- you'll see. I really did love it- even though it's a lot of work. It's so worth it to see your child begin to understand.

Well, there you have it. JoeGo and Tree are NOT her family, it seems.

And if she means her sisters, I think she's got it reversed ... those bitches are DYING to be on the show.

Not to mention her father in law practically had a heart attack on camera and was crying, and her mother in law was obviously upset as well. I guess they are not "family" either. Of course, neither is her sister and brother in law, and her nieces must not count either.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if Clownie had said that? Since without this show Christofer would still be setting up chairs at The Brownstone, Albie would be home moping about flunking out of law school and Clownie 2.0 might be married to Vito already instead of holding out for a Bravo wedding and living under her mother's thumb.

Of course Clownie would be just as horrible as usual but not inflicting her "advice" on the general population.

ETA: Has this been posted here? If so I apologize but I must have missed it:

UPDATE: Lauren Manzo Retracts Engagement Announcement

I didn't even know she made an announcement but looks like she did and is now holding out for a Bravo wedding. From the article:

Quote:

UPDATE: Lauren confirmed her engagement on Twitter! She also posted a photo of her gorgeous ring! Congratulations Lauren & Vito! So – do we think this will be another Weddings By Bravo? Is Lauren angling for a spinoff of her own?

UPDATE 2: Lauren is now denying her engagement, Tweeting, “Joking everyone! IM NOT ENGAGED- I figured if Blogs can make up fake stories then I could too just to show how silly it is!”

Well – here’s what WE think. We think Vito and Lauren are engaged, but angling for a spinoff and a season five contract. Reality Tea believes they were told by the network to keep the proposal hush-hush since it was filmed. It would be the perfect segue into season five that would keep fans interested, as well. We all know Bravo loves a wedding story!

Lauren has also been tweeting that she can’t reveal how she lost all the weight because of “contracts,” saying she’s not “allowed” to. Keep grasping at straws, Manzos, keep grasping at straws!

ugh - i was hoping Vito smarted up in addition to fattening up. Sigh. oh well

Poll - what wedding spin off would you rather watch? Tamra's or Clownie 2.0? Putting NeNe in the mix I think is stacking the deck too much.

Shoppergal: I would not watch either unless I was forced to with a gun to my head. Now Nene's I'll watch because I am sure some of he sound bites will be pure comedy gold.

As much as I love a good reality trainwreck I wouldn't watch either one. I did my time with Tardy for the Wedding watching that slug Kim Z. plan her second wedding. Not to mention Lisa's daughter's wedding, Ramona's 'vowel' renewal, Cynthia's wedding, and Bethenny - although I liked Bethenny's show and her wedding choices. I'm over these ridiculous Bravo weddings.
