They go back tomorrow but I think that's just when they officially plead guilty or not guilty and if it's not guilty then the judge sets a trial date. I don't think the Giudices even have to be there for it.

Cow has no filter. It's not cute or sexy, it is just too damn much information:

Before my tummy tuck, I always tricked my husband with sexy mood lighting and cute, short lingerie dresses that I could lift up the bottom and pull my boobies out of the top, trying to be sexy, while secretly hiding my mid-section. He had no idea that mess was there. I hid it well. I was embarrassed of it. Now you know why! It’s gone now, so who cares.

So I was over reading at Famewhorgas (Willy and ccc it would make your head explode right now - basically saying that the Giudice's were basic patsies.) Anyhoo, this Monica Chacon chick who they kicked out, someone there is speculating that Jac was pressuring Tre to spill on film about her financial woes at the direction of Monica. And that Jac harping on the fact that Tre got paid for 7 covers may have also been spurred on by Monica who was trying to help the feds indict Tre and Juicy. The way Jac was acting makes it seem that someone told her to try and get Tre to spill on camera.

I read there sometimes but seriously, no one got the Giudices into this mess but the Giudices. Did Jax forge Tre and Juicy's signatures on all of those loans? Did she create and submit the fake paystubs and tax returns? Did she neglect to file or pay the Giudices taxes for what was it, 4 years? I really don't think the feds needed Jax to go all Columbo on Tre's ass. If they wanted to know if OK Magazine or whoever it was paid Tre for something they would just subpoena the records. Do they really think Jax had time for all of that what with all of her Beauty and Autism research anyway? ;)

I think they are saying that Monica was the one spurring Jac on to ask those questions on camera to "help bring Teresa down." I can see Jac with all her misguided, mumbo-jumbo brain thinking like it was her mission, (her job!) to get Teresa.

I am not saying that Jac (or Monica) is responsible for Tre and Juicy being in the mess they are in. But I am saying that I can see Jac thinking she is in on a plan to bring Tre down. Jac is unstable and that whole deck scene last year and Jac continually mentioning the 7 covers makes more sense to me if Jac thought she needed to get the truth out there. She really gets obsessed with things. And because I don't think Jac is smart enough to think of anything on her own, it would make sense that Monica (who has admitted to working with the Feds by giving them info on Tre and Joe) would be the one giving Jac the idea to get Tre to spill on camera.

Could be but I think if that was the case they weren't doing it because the feds said to do it. I'm sure they don't need any info on Beauty or Autism so they probably preferred not to have any "help". But who knows.

Do you think it was Monica on the other end of that text message that Jac will still not tell who the writer was? I think this was the parking lot scene after the so called outing of Melissa's stripping. She kept saying I made a promise or whatever that she wouldn't tell who gave her the info about the meeting at the salon.

Tre and Joe were due in Fed Ct. this am. Off to see what happened.

Teresa Giudice is all about keeping up appearances, even for court appearances. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star, who, along with her husband Joe Giudice, will be arraigned later today on fraud charges in U.S. District Court in Newark, was spotted Monday getting her hair done at her stylist David Antunes' salon in Kearny. Hey, a girl's gotta look good for the cameras.

"She's calm, she's collected, she's confident, and she's going to do fine," says Antunes, who is the official hairstylist for the Youthful 8 Milania Collection, one of the many business ventures Giudice has launched since finding fame as the table-tipping innuendo expert on "Real Housewives of New Jersey." But Antunes says Giudice doesn't discuss her legal woes: "It's very private."

The charges — bank and bankruptcy fraud, which could land them in jail for dozens of years — won't get in the way of her busy schedule. Following her arraignment, Giudice has a book signing for her latest cookbook, "Fabulicious: On the Grill," scheduled at Posche Boutique in Wayne. In September, she heads to Florida to appear at the Daytona Lifestyle Show for more book signings and a question-and-answer session.

Although the conditions of her bail generally restrict her from travel outside of New York and New Jersey, they can get approval to travel for prior engagements from the U.S. Pretrial Services Agency, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

I agree with you Finestra - there was something VERY fishy about Cow really, really, REALLY wanting to get Tre to spill the tea on camera. She was up to something either urged on by Chacon or Clownie.

The lawyer for reality TV stars Teresa and Joe Giudice laid out his defense strategy this afternoon, prior to an arraignment in federal court.

Miles Feinstein, who is Joe's attorney, said his client has no plans to testify against his wife, refuting other media reports. Feinstein also said his client has not discussed the possibility of being deported as a result of the federal tax charges.

During a 10-minute press conference outside the courthouse in Newark this afternoon, Feinstein said the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple will be entering a plea of not guilty when they are arraigned.

They have had no discussions with Bravo about how this will affect the future of the series, and both Guidices will appear live on this seasons after show.

The arraignment was scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m., but the Giudices have not yet arrived and marshals have erected barricades to keep the crush of media back.

Feinstein also said the altercation between Joe Giudice and a cameraman outside the courtroom when the charges were first announced "should not have happened."

The lawyer said it's unclear if any of the cast members will testify at the trial and declined to comment on his defense strategy. Said he fully expects his clients to be vindicated.

The Giudices were charged in July in a sweeping, 39-count federal indictment that accused the two of conspiring to fraudulently obtain millions of dollars in mortgages and other loans, while hiding significant assets and income during a two-year bankruptcy proceeding.

If convicted, both could face dozens of years in prison.

Separately, Joe Giudice is accused of failing to file tax returns from 2004 to 2008 on nearly $1 million of income. And in an unconnected state case, he faces charges of falsely obtaining a driver's license.

And though Tree is not the smartest person, she knew enough to not answer Cow's questions. It either says that Cow thought Tree was dumb enough, or she is herself not too bright.
