At the time though, to me anyway, it seemed like they were arguing about the semantics of it all more than anything. Was Tre paid for the stories or for the photos or what.

They both plead not guilty. Trial date is set for Oct. 8th.

Is that the same suit she wore before with a different blouse underneath?

Willy I saw them on the local news. I don't think it is the same suit. The former one was cream this one seems more on the light sand side.

Her lawyer is kind of creepy looking/sounding and his assistant has like a ten-head forehead. Joe's lawyer is definitely more glib.

I just saw it on ABC since I still can't watch CBS. Different suit. This was beige and the other one was white. This one she wore a white button down and the other a sparkly silver number under the white. No jewelry unless the sun blocked a small gold chain with a mini cross on it - I was trying to tell and rewound a few times but I couldn't see from the sun. Tote bag - don't know the brand. Holding hands with Joe and kissing somebody on the cheek- maybe her lawyer? Who kisses someone besides her husband before entering the courthouse?

oh that bun she is wearing is simply hideous. Looks like she pasted it on her head. How many cans of hairspray was used on her? Apparently she went to get her hair done yesterday.

Here is a photo of the other lawyer helping Teresa. He is in the back with the mile high forehead:

I read in the comments somewhere that it was a Hermes bag but I'm clueless about that stuff. Someone handbag smarter than me will have to verify LOL.

I think the bag was the same bag as the first appearance and Willy is right that people said it was Hermes.

I tried to investigate the bag - as you all know that's my thing and I hit a brick wall. In some lights could be Hermes, but also looked like a Longhchamp or *gasp* a classic Coach - the horrors.

hey would it be worse if she were carrying a knock off Hermes than a real one since the fake is illegal?

lol CCC. Even worse - something she got from consignment. I mean if another person's home is icky to her imagine the idea of high end consignment goods.

I guess this answers some questions:

that makes me sick if true. Getting paid to sit under house arrest. That should be against the law. I would be okay if they sold that house to pay off debts and she were sitting in an ugly little apt with the kids in bunk beds.

ccc, Maybe they'll garnish her Bravo wages LOL.

I think that bag is Hermes Garden Party.

No idea about the prices on this site.

I hate sites like RadarOnline and WetPaint that force you to click on a like or watch a commercial before reading the content. Put the damn ad on the side or top of the page like everyone else and GET OVER YOURSELVES. That said, I didn't click like so I couldn't read the article.
