Yeah, especially with all the crappy construction. Some sucker I guess. I feel bad for whoever they are already.

Just read they owed 3.7 mil I construction loans. And if you add in realtor fees, they couldn't have made much, right?

Ha! Sounds like they didn't make anything. Probably hoped to sell it for much more but came to 3.8 because that's what they owed on it.

Melissa might want to brush up on her pole dancing.

I'm sure Missy is up on her "pole" dancing ... JoeGo probably tutors her in it as often as he can or as often as her tweeting habit allows.

Don't forget closing costs unless the buyer is picking them up. There are attorney fees as well. The realtor could have made a deal. Maybe it was one on tv taking less money for on air promotion.

Who knows, it could just be under contract. Those things can fall through if the house doesn't pass all of the inspections. Even worse if something comes up, like radon for example, then the Gorga's will have to disclose that to all future buyers unless they install a system. So there really is no getting out of fixing anything.

Off topic, but recently I tried to log into my old TWOP account. Wouldn't work. Opened a new account, with different email. Didn't take. Emailed the Twop contact about the problem- no response.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with Twop? Am I, like, blocked?

Not that I care....I'm HERE now! :) But still, it's weird.

Mondo I think it takes several days now for them to authenticate your account over there.
