If he stays home with the family the judge might be nicer to him in Wendy's opinion. July 8th is his and Apollo's sentencing and Wendy is promising a "field day on hot topics!"
Both Apollo and Joe on the same day? Wow, a red letter day for ho-wife fans.

I wandered over to Faux Reality website today and the new additions seem interesting. Amber's husband has quite the history:
Quote:

New Jersey law allows a successful whistle blower to an award of 15% to 25% of funds recovered from by the Government. But when Jim asked for his share of the $10.5 million dollars the Justice Department charged Jim with orchestrating CTI’s fraud as the “planner and initiator.” The law recognizes that a “planner and initiator” of a fraud should not be awarded a whistle blower’s percentage because to do so would be to reward the ring leader of the wrongdoing. The Justice Department produced evidence that Jim had allegedly used his participation in marketing the drug as a reason justifying a promotion/raise while employed at CTI. A hearing was required to settle the issue of whether Jim should be denied recovery of the funds for his alleged participation in the scheme.

The Court ultimately sided with Jim awarding him the minimum 15% of the $10.5 million for a total recovery to Jim of $1.6 million. The Court found that without Jim’s cooperation, the Department of Justice would not have discovered the fraudulent activity. On the other hand, the Court also criticized Jim for not alerting federal authorities earlier since cancer patients were being harmed as a result of the fraud.

As if that wasn’t enough interaction with the legal system, in December 2009, Jim’s ex wife and mother of 2 of his 4 children, was indicted by a Grand Jury. In a 7 count indictment, Rebecca Marchese DePeri Grande and her sister were charged with criminality arising out of their ownership in Spectrum Title Agency. Grande was charged with conspiracy, misapplication of entrusted property, theft by failure to make required disposition of property received and misconduct by a corporate official. Grande’s sister was charged with writing bad checks and theft by deception. Jim’s ex wife took a plea. Thereafter, Jim sought custody of his 2 boys.

Clearly the Marchese Family are full throttle additions to the Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Dina's dress wasn't bad. I had a long sleeved slim dress - I was really skinny then. You pick a dress like that to show off your figure if you don't like poofie dresses with all that crinoline and a bustle. She was really skinny then. I don't like short sleeves though. Yeah Clownie was much thinner. They sound so absurd though. Gives me the heebie jeebies - is that how you spell it? Let's spend more than anyone else. I assume that's what the show was about so you had to do it or you couldn't get on the show. Since Dina wanted on she had to spend. God I can't stand her. Fraud. ICky picky pooh. Wish she'd go away and now she's coming back

Dina's dress was the most tasteful one she tried on. But she loved that stripper dress she had on - the one where the bustier stays showed through - the Panina Stripper Gown! I was shocked she picked something so much more demure and actually quite lovely. But I suspect it had more to do with price tag than her taste!

Joe Gorga "bought" a boat. I guess he did learn everything from Joe Giudice. Following in his footsteps. Maybe he bought Juicy's boat off him.

Yikes...Juicy's dad dropped dead in their yard.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Joe Giudice -- who is facing years in prison on fraud charges -- just got struck with a profound tragedy ... his dad just collapsed and died in Joe's garden.

Frank Giudice -- who also appears on "Real Housewives of New Jersey" along with Joe and Teresa -- was building a chicken coop in the garden when he fell to the ground.

We're told Frank had no apparent health issues. Joe and Teresa believe he suffered a massive heart attack, but it's too early to tell. EMTs are still at the house at the time this story was posted.

Wow - It was really hot today in NJ. We had had really unseasonably cool weather until yesterday. So maybe the sudden hot weather was too much for him. So sad. Those poor girls. It was Teresa's dad who was the sickly one.

It's a scene right out of the original godfather. He was probably putting up chicken wire to keep the deer out of the tomatoes for the sauce.

Honest to GOD! They look like they are heading to a restaurant 1 mile from me- that I go to at least once a week with Jake and where I had the luncheon after John's funeral- called "The Cove" further down the Bay, I think also in our town there's "Water's Edge"- you can drive to either or go by boat. Looks like the Seaside Bridge in the background to me...

Funny, I read it and the Brando scene came to mind. One of the best movie scenes ever. Some movie scenes are embedded in your mind.

Sad for Tre though.
