I thought it was because the gay brother whose wedding was on RHONJ had promised to have his wedding on Dina's show and then threw her over for Clownie and Bravo.

Ahhh, I think you're right, Icy. I do remember something about the wedding.

I think it first started with Dina quitting and them not standing in solidarity, and then Clownie snagging the wedding and then Danielle tweeted something about Jac telling people that Dina's charity hadn't finished filing all of the 501c3 papers and caused a lot of bad P.R. headaches for Dina. So I think all three.

I missed the question in the talking head, buh (you know the way all these NJ fools say buT), Dina tweeted this:

Dina Manzo ‏@dinamanzo 1h
Eye roll was towards producer for asking me the question. I told them talking about my family was off limits #RHONJ not part of storyline

Quote from Missy. Hair pulling? Ugh.

Quote:

Melissa warns – it gets exciting! “There’s some hair-pulling! There’s arguments, there’s a lot of laughs. I definitely think the new girls came ready to go. I think the viewers are going to love watching all of this unexpected stuff.”

Shut up Melissa. I am watching in spite of you not because of you. Unless you do some more singing, then I'm all in. Hahahaha

I wonder if Melissa is actually jealous that the "troubles" of Teresa is garnering her all this airtime? And now Melissa can't be the victim anymore. Wah wah. She has to make nicey nice! Lol.

They had a fundraising viewing party for the opener - I guess for Dina's charity (not for Tre's legal funds). I love this quote:
Quote:

"I'm having the time of my life," recites one gentleman — but not before a telltale eye roll.
"The reason I'm here is my wife, and this is making her happy." Neither he nor his wife would reveal their names, but she did confess that she watches the show for the closets. "It's a guilty pleasure," she says, "but if
this is as bad as it gets, it's not so bad."

I thought it was about Dina taking Theresa's side?

You guys are probably right, I usually don't watch, but I do read the juicy gossip.

Even if the truce between the Juicys and the Gorgas is fake I'm glad to see it. I was pissed when they were fighting and piling on because it made me feel bad for Teresa.

Is Dina's charity for real or just something she does for an income? Do we know? When Tre didn't pick it for her Celeb Apprentice charity I thought I read over on TWoP that it was because Dina's charity didn't pass the muster - wasn't a 501c etc.

I think Dina was doing Ladybug with charitable intent and was giving the $ to kids with cancer. But she hadn't filed all the forms. I don't think she is a money grubbing scumbag like some of her cohorts. She did finally file and get 501(c)(3) status - and in time for Teresa to pick it.

I think Teresa picked Nephcure because it was a Trump family favorite; she's wily like that.

But Jac was the one supposebly (tm any NJ HW) who fed Lynn in Chicago the dirt on the Project Ladybug.

Joe Gorga has 17 days and then he may get his crumbling, beaver-filled manse back. Also - he wants to move back and put his kids in school in Montville.
Quote:

Catania said the Gorgas, who have been renting a house in Franklin Lakes, want to return to Montville and “need to be back in the house to register their three children for schools.”

Patterson’s attorney, Richard Koppenaal, questioned the Gorgas’ change of heart about where they plan to live. He pointed out that it was a lease-purchase agreement and if Patterson were to fulfill it, “he buys that house.”

Outside the courtroom later, Joe Gorga and Patterson traded angry criticisms in separate interviews.

“It’s embarrassing,” Gorga said, referring to Patterson’s claims of a hardship over a $20,000-a-month rent. He accused Patterson of “scamming” him.

There’s people who wake up in the morning and try to make an honest living and people who wake up and think ‘who am I going to screw today’,” Gorga said.

Patterson, who lives in the house with his 79-year-old stepfather, said his dispute with the Bravo channel stars arose after he paid $25,000 for repairs, “in lieu of a security deposit,” but the Gorgas made no repairs. Patterson said he has also paid a $4,416 water bill left by the Gorgas and $20,000 in rent, so given the condition of the house, he was up to date in his payments.

“Mr. Gorga failed to disclose the condition of the property,” Patterson said. He said when he did his final walk-through in February, there were “three to five feet of snow on the ground” so it was difficult to see all the problems.

Patterson has cited numerous problems with the house, including plumbing and heating issues, along with beavers living in crawl spaces. Patterson today cited water leaking from the master bathroom ceiling, “in addition to the other 35 defects found in the inspection report that was conducted last week.”

“I paid for a comfortable, functional and habitable home,” but got none of those qualities, Patterson charged.

Gorga and his attorney declined to comment on the question of repairs, but Gorga claimed Patterson didn’t raise the issue “until we tried to evict him.”

Ha!! Crumbling, beaver-filled manse!! It'd be awesome if all of the table legs were gnawed off and there was a big dam in their pool.

I thought his children were too delicate to go to school with Teresa's kids?

I skipped a season or two, but wanted to see Dina.

My favorite line by Joe Giudice: we got doctors in the family, and hygienests.........

Dina claimed to be some sort of event planner or interior designer before, didn't she?
