I've said it before but I really don't think Joe and Tre started out thinking they were going to defraud people. There has been plenty of articles and cases in the news about others who do the same thing. Faking documents isn't all that uncommon. We had a case here at work where someone was creating bogus W-2s and paystubs. They took legit items of their own and cut and pasted information for others on it. But when they got caught, we got a copy of the indictment and it was fascinating to read just how many people were involved.. high powered local lawyers and government department heads. When we saw the evidence, it was so obviously faked.. current, quarter to date and Ytd figures didn't jib with the chronology of the paystubs. A real amateur job. BUT because they used the right mortgage company, the right broker etc, it all got passed thru and they got the mortgages. And this was recent stuff, Joe and Tre did their shit back in 2003 maybe before. Face it neither of them is a scholar, so someone was helping them or guiding them. They aren't the only ones with dirty hands. I'm figuring their mentality was business is good, it will always be good, we'll use this money to float the next job and when we get paid for that we can pay the bills, it probably worked for a while. Till the housing market crashed. I think Joe is a better builder than a business man. I bet his bathrooms all work... I'm looking at you Joe Gorga!! But Joe's father dying in front of him, and Joe knowing that even if the old man was being supportive of him, that he had brought shame on his dad, on top of Tre having to go to jail? That takes a toll on someone. That kind of emotional stress is not healthy. Joe is a prime candidate for a heart attack himself. |

Well back before the 2008 breakdown anyone could get a mortgage or a loan. Most knew they were defrauding but were also pushed by the mortgage brokers. In the G's case though they borrowed easy money in amounts that were unconscionable for those in their income bracket. He knew. He just thought he wouldn't get caught because everyone else was doing it. Guess what? Not everyone was doing it. I wish I had purchased an apt back bw 2002 and 2007 but they were going up so quickly because everyone was buying and flipping it was absurd. We didn't have income proof because of my dh's business. So we blew it off. We wouldn't have lied but would have had a hard problem proving income. It was NO problem back then. In today's new world you can't. |

I think Teresa was right when she said, "Everyone was doing it." Because I think everyone she knew was doing it. A lot of the Giudice's have lost their homes. The parents just had one go into foreclosure, I think Pete either declared bankruptcy or had a house foreclosed upon too. Joe Gorga had lots of shady deals with real estate and supposedly sold his dad's house out from under him with empty promises. And then used a construction loan and ended up living in the house. Ish I agree that someone showed those two knuckleheads how to do it. They may have even have had a friend down at the bank. But they kept doing it because it was easy once they figured it out. I just want to know what they did with all the money. Did they buy rental properties for investment properties? Were they really flipping properties or were they just spending the money? I am annoyed she never paid anything back with her Bravo salary or her book sales. |

It seems like the judge was more interested in sending them to jail than having them pay financially. |

I think their creditors can still go after them, but jeez. She's made a ton of $ over the last few years. And she was fined by the court, frankly, I say screw court fines, make her pay back her debts first, then the court. The small creditors first, then the banks. The banks should have been watching their Ps and Qs and doing a little background checks on these people. |

I think most of the money was in the construction loans and in they owned a few buildings. There were credit cards and that kind of stuff but it was small change in comparison to the mortgage/construction stuff. The banks recouped some of that with the foreclosures. I'm sure Nordstrom and the other stores will eat a lot of their loss. I never believed that she was paying delivery men with thousands of dollars cash. She came close to saying to Andy that whole bit was a producer driven set up. Even the bit about not wanting to live in other people's homes because it's skeevey and unclean, I think was fed to her. I saw her cleaning up ants in her kid's playroom the other night and she wasn't freaked out about it. I think the "Teresa" persona that she created with Bravo's encouragement is far from the real Teresa in some ways. In one of the Bravo reunion previews, I can't think of which housewife, maybe Dina?, said they wanted to call the twin's mother and give her a heads up on the Rino rumor, but that wasn't "allowed". |

I see Cow has been swigging from the Bailey's trough when Dina was on WWHL last night: http://www.realitytea.com/2014/10/27/jacqueline-laurita-twitter-rant-calls-dina-manzo-liar-blames-family-split/#/slide/1 |

I watched a replay today and Dina said, "Just because you write it (Cow), doesn't make it true." |

Okay, so I have been trawling around the web today, and there is this site that I think is run by Jim Marchese or his buddy. Any way, they purport to have a letter written by Bobby to Bravo trying to get hired. It is full of typos or maybe just misspellings. But it is hilarious if it is true. http://allaboutthetea.com/2014/11/02/bobby-ciasulli-bravo-bio-exposed/ Fun facts - He is full of sexy. His family has a 110 ft. yacht that he cruises around the Mediterranean. He has been nicknamed "Fonz" and "Richard Gear" (sic). Lol. And in the photo, he has his hair parted in the middle. Did you know that his competitor auto dealerships are "pathetic?" I think Jim probably wrote his bio and had him submit it and is now exposing it. Jim is notorious for typos on twitter and he uses words like pathetic. |

Here are the gowns for tonight. Melissa's dress should have been lines all the way to the bottom. They are curvaceous these Jersey broads! Dina - oy! And the twin in the middle - please with the boobs. Posted Image Edited by Finestra, Nov 2 2014, 07:20 PM.

Here are some of the responses to Jac. They're funny. The first is Jac's post the rest are responses to it.

I don't think he wants to get involved with her crazy. I feel like he is fine with it so long as she doesn't bother him. He's probably thrilled she's talking shit on twitter as opposed to him having to listen to it. |
