I kind of feel like either Juicy is making up stories about everyone and each day sells a different story in order to make money. OR The rest of them realize that the show is over because Bravo won't film, so they are each selling their last stories to make a last grab at tabloid money. |

Not for nothing, but Bravo SHOULD take a 15 month break. It makes Tree all the bigger star and bigger draw when she's out and available to film. And then they happen to be there when Joe goes away. Frankly, they wore me out with Clownie and Cow and I left and don't regret not watching anymore. But I'd watch if they didn't film until she was back. |

That would be way more than 15 months. They'd have to wait and then fm and then edit. I would way over a year and probably two since it ended. Will people be interested at all after that? Maybe. Maybe they will give tee here own show. I will not be watching. Too much of any of those framewhores sucks to me |

They are all sickening trashy petty criminals. It's a point and laugh show at best. I don't know what they will do, have they said they're delaying filming? Could they have Joe and the girls on? It's odd, but Teresa is the only one on the show I kind of like now, maybe Dina a little bit. They could always bring back Danielle Staub. I loved her girls. Since "Mob Wives" is actually out, they could also go for real criminals I guess, but with Joe and Tre having jail sentences, it might be hard to find takers. Asking myself why do I like Teresa now. I guess it's because I see growth in her. As the movie "The Holiday" says, "she's got spunk." I also don't think she will ever, EVER repeat any criminal acts, and honestly, I do believe she simply did (and was raised to do) whatever her husband told her to do as far as "business." It's like throwing a 10 year old in jail, or, she WAS like a 10 year old about this stuff, mentally challenged to say the least for an adult, and now she's finally working that limited, uneducated brain to it's limits, trying to comprehend things, and change. Maybe she needed jail to complete and solidify that progress. Sadly, she probably did. After this, she will have more ammunition to stand up and say NO to whatever schemes Joe may come up with. That whole "old world" stuff seems the most real to me with Teresa. The other women may have some of it, but Teresa seemed sunk past her eyebrows in it, until now. |

I don't think she's learned anything. She told the judge she understood her plea deal when she obviously didn't. She's suing her bankruptcy lawyer because she thinks this is all his fault. She thought it was the fault of the accountants or someone else for not disclosing all of her assets even though she signed the forms. |

I kinda agree with that -- you pay a lawyer who is supposed to be a legal expert and they fuck up but you pay for the crime? What? Are you supposed to hire two lawyers so one can check the others work? |

The bankruptcy lawyer didn't have anything to do with them cranking out fake W-2's or lying about Tree working as a realtor. Plus, ultimately Tree would have signed any documents the lawyer prepared so she probably should have actually read them. |

I really can't believe that they don't think the girls knew what was going on. It's like they really live in an alternate universe. Like the old school where "whatchya gonna do" is something. The girls have iPhones with internet, Teresa knows what tabloids are. How could they sit there and think the "old school - going away, going to camp, going to college" was going to play? It's mind boggling. There is a huge disconnect. Willy I agree, no matter what lawyer she had, she would never have read any document. And Mariah, I agree, no matter what Joe told her to sign, she would have signed it. Whether from being old school or too basic to even want to think. |

No, not the bankruptcy lawyers -- the lawyers working with them in Federal Court. And as far as reading the documents before she signs -- do any of us read those agreements we check off on all the time on the Internet? There's a gullibility in Tree that I share at times, too. If I was married to someone, I think I might trust them enough to sign something they put in front of me without reading it word by word. And the documents the lawyer gave her to sign would have been explained to her so she would feel confident -- added to him being a lawyer and having all that gravitas -- to sign. When the judge got upset, THEN she caught a clue that maybe the lawyer didn't know his shit. We're all supposed to read the fine print, but we are not all judges or legal experts / lawyers who know what it means. AND they don't even know what it means, because they fight about it in court! It does smack of "more of the same stupidity" and "didn't you learn anything the first time?" -- but this time it was lawyers, not Joe, so I can see where Tree would listen to their explanation of the legal document and sign it. And I can see myself doing the same. AND … I heard back from three people on the forum in the Photoshop world, about the mug shot and whether it's authentic. Three people all said it looks real. Here are their comments:

Thanks Icy for the photoshop detective work. Oh, and I agree about signing things. I didn't really read every single thing on my mortgage papers either, even though we were there for hours and the bank explained each page. My eyes glazed over after a while. I did however read every single word of the contract to buy my car, to my boyfriend, over the phone before I initialed or signed anywhere, also tore up 3 of them because the numbers were wonky. He was a bank exec and had access to the big computers that computed compound interest/etc (which we didn't have back then) and they had tried to cheat me twice already. I check and sign crap on the internet ALL the time without a second though, you are right! |

The loans to only her (there were a few) in the bank they read TO you- all of it- but maybe she was daydreaming :) Maybe she thought she was a realtor because they owned more than one home :) They were such crappy criminals, but they got so much STUFF. Maybe a life of crime DOES pay (just kidding)! I think... |

Then she is even dumber than I thought because the bankruptcy lawyer is the one she is suing, not her criminal case ones. I can see her not reading documents way back, although I find it hard to believe she wouldn't notice or give a second thought to signing something that said she was a realtor or made money she knew she hadn't made. I mean, I know she is dumb but surely even she would know if she had a job or not. I believe the federal judge was mad when she ordered the Giudices to list their assets (I think to determine restitution or fines?) and they left some of them off. At that point Tree had NO excuse to not read every single thing she signed 20 times over. |

I wouldn't be surprised if she gets a show. No doubt she'll get a cover but that depends on her press agent sure she has one but wonder how she pays for it! If her fans keep interest it would be a no brainer. She can't drop out of the public eye because then she would just be another name. Now if she came out saying I'm filing for divorce -even if it were a lie - she'll get a cover and headline. Makes me sick. Criminals making money |
