Jenny McCarthy is a complete moron. No wonder Cow reaches out to her for help.

As for Lapband questioning Teresa on vocab words - this is from the same girl who did nothing for six years in b/w hs and now, right? Whose own family jokes that she's so stupid, and who will willingly admit she doesn't read? She shouldn't be quizzing anyone. At least Teresa went to college. I think it was community college, but it's still years more education than that fool had.

After reading that little blurb, I don't think I'll watch the reunion. I'll definitely read about it here and other places, but as for watching it.. I just can't stomach these losers anymore. I hope next season Teresa stays on but with ppl who are not so willing to rip her to shreds.

I suppose Lauren reads the boards since she is asking about Tre's blog. She didn't come up with that on her own. I blame us for that one.

I have a feeling that Jax did give her kid all his shots. Not surprised she's trying to reach out to a person more famous/infamous than herself for help. I will give her the benefit and assume is seeing a local doctor and this is just more junk with JM
Why is Lauren even involved in the reunion?

Someone should call in and ask Clonie to name the continents. I would have loved for Teresa to pull a meatball out of her purse and toss it in Clonie's direction.

ITA Icy. Teresa should just say she writes her blogs and sends them to the person that edits her books to fancy them up a bit. It is important for her to show people that grammar and spelling count.
She should just tell them she has an app for that.

I'd love to see Teresa wing a meatball at Clownie and Clonie. "Is that FRIED enough for you, ya fat fuck?" LOL!

I just want to clarify in case I offended anyone, I don't think Jenny McCarthy's eating of brownies and nothing healthy resulted in her child being autistic, but I don't think that advertising how unhealthy you were, then becoming a spokesperson for autism makes sense. No one knows what causes autism, but I certainly wouldn't blame vaccines while admitting I gave my child zero nutritional value in utero.

I thought Jenny's point about eating brownies was to say "Hey, I'm normal, not superwoman" -- not to connect it to the autism. I didn't read the book, however, and won't be reading the book. I just still ponder how her kid can be cured if what she discovered isn't accurate. Everything I've heard described about his actions during that time match what other parents describe about their children who are autistic.

Over and above that, I have a good friend for over 20 years who has cured problems with her children and husband by changing their food habits, sometimes drastically. Her husband had a massive sugar allergy, that if he had any he'd become sick and headachy and angry -- not insulin related, not diabetes. She made him eat lima beans in large quantities and he got over it - at age 53, after a life-time of issues with sugar he could suddenly eat sugar without a worry. OF COURSE there could be other factors, but I can't discount the story entirely. I know these people. For many years we knew he couldn't have sugar and dealt with it. Then suddenly he has no issues? Of course, some people outgrow allergies ... so like I said, not totally drinking the Kool-Aid. But ... I do wonder.

What Jenny's son did sounded like what Jacqueline's son does -- not responding, etc.

There are infinite levels of autism. Perhaps Cow read about Jenny's son and is thinking her son might be at the same level and maybe helped if not out and out cured using Jenny's advice. If my child was having that issue,or similar, I'd try ANYTHING, even wacky things.

I just pray to effing Dog that Cow is not lying about all of this for publicity. Michele Salahi and Kim Zolciak have special places in Hell reserved for them for lying about being sick just to get sympathy ... that's not a good path.

BTW: though my friend had success with her husband's problem, in fact their son is mildly autistic and she has not "cured" him through food ... though who is to say his problems aren't mild because she has done some things right? <sigh> I do not know. I really do not.

Icy my friend adopted a baby at birth and did not have him vaccinated ever. At 18 months he was diagnosed as autistic. She went through a whole cleansing process - nothing synthetic in her home, all organic, no to certain foods, purified non chlorinated water, no pesticides outside, tons of supplements/vitamins and chelation and had a remarkable change in her son. However, the spectrum is so broad. It really is a conglomeration of many different types of neuro/immune/psych disorders. There is something physiological, but no two cases are really the same. I don't know if Cow is equipped to deal with this maturely or responsibly.

Christopher and Albie are opening a restaurant in Hoboken in November. Little Town New Jersey

Serving local produce and craft beers. I wonder who's fronting that money. If Fal Al didn't think Juicy Joe had what it takes to run a restaurant I can't imagine these two morons are capable.

Bet Lauren is in a snit that she wasn't included.
Caroline is also twittering about downsizing and apartment hunting for her and Al. Isn't there one upstairs at the Brownstone?
I wonder if Al is going to sell his interest in the Brownstone to Tommy? Seems like his kids are done with it.

Icy, sorry, that probably wasn't clear. She wrote about eating the pans of brownies in her book. Separate to that, she then says her son has autism and blames vaccines or whatever. I'm just saying, I would never have made a stand like that when there is evidence I didn't have nutritious habits when I was pregnant because if anything caused that kids autism, I'd be willing to make an amateur-medical-opinion that it had something to do with her shitty eating habits when pregnant. I didn't mean to say she connected the two (brownies = autism) but was more aghast that she DIDN'T connect them.

It's the same thing like when you're trying to lose weight you don't want people seeing you going into McDonald's. Well she's trying to blame her kid's autism on vaccines, don't let me find out you gained 70 lbs of brownies and junkfood when pregnant. Just, no.

Please tell me that Caroline and Al are looking at apartments in Hoboken. I can see the spin off now - Young(ish) single guys, running a new restaurant, in quasi-hip (really tame vis a vis nyc) HOboken. Mom drops in to offer her advice and Dad does the cooking. And Big Gay Greg is the witty barkeep.
