Oh, I saw the germophobe hoarder too. Very interesting combination of neuroses. Granddaughter is three steps from My 600 pound life.

I couldn't look at the mice and the traps.

Lol. Meant to type "tanked" instead of ranked.

I just read that Jamie Foxx is dating Katie Holmes. WTF?

The germophobe making the "unclean" lady sit on dirty newspapers in her car. And sleeping in a lawn chair because the bed she was given was unclean. She was a special kind of crazy.

You're right...so many of these shows could be My 600 Pound Hoarder Life.

I liked that they essentially gave up on the germophobe. I think the show has been pretty unrealistic in the past when they've featured some recalcitrant hoarder who won't let one piece of paper go with 5 minutes left in the show. Then magically you see the house all cleaned up and a screen saying XXX has promised to attend counseling sessions for her underlying conditions.

They need to do a "One year later..." on that one.

I was surprised that the teddy bear lady gave up so many bears. That was an interesting story. Still not sure how she got a million dollar severance package.

Somehow, I managed to miss taping the sex toy hoarder. I set it up to tape next week.

But did you read the screen at the end? She backed out of the auction and they returned all the TB's to the house. Then the DVR cut off, so I don't know if there was any more information. Typical Hoarders, they leave the relevant info to the last 30 seconds.

Yeah, I wondered about that million dollar severance too. The house did look nice though, and those bears were expensive.

Oh for God's sake. No wonder he hoards. He's not hurting anyone with his S&M collection.

Love that they are less horrified by the hoard than they are of the porn and the S&M stuff.

The psychiatrist and/or hoarding expert should have shut down their ridiculous hysteria.

For the hoarding parents, I think Amanda may be the only one of normal intelligence. She should run far, far away and leave dimwit Ted with his crazy parents.

Haven't seen that one yet.

I'm obsessed that one of the hoarding counselors is named Standolyn.

The last two I saw were a bit puzzling. The ex model wasn't a real hoarder, she was more a slob. The older man in Massachusetts (I think) was clearly mentally disturbed. It took them the whole show to figure this out, and then he had to go to assisted living.

I was hoping the beginning of one of the shows would show more of the end of the teddy bear woman show but they didn't. I have a feeling there was a second screen of info at the end of her episode.

On one of the shows, I think it was the woman without teeth, they showed a close up of the toilet so many times, I couldn't look at the screen. All those little bugs were on the side.............UGGGH. And she blamed the boyfriend for not fixing it.

Oh, on the teddy bear woman, I brought it up on my iPad and forwarded it till the end. The second screen said she had accepted after care therapy for hoarding, but still refused to acknowledge her paranoia about people being in the house "stealing her most collectible items."

The S&M guy was sad. With congestive heart failure, he isn't going to have a long life. Let him enjoy his magazines and masks. That psychologist was harsh. I don't like too many of the psychologist people; the cleaning guys are way more practical and sympathetic. I thought they went above and beyond on the farm couple with the woman with bone disease in her back. They cleaned the whole house, and even put up ramps for her. The cleaner guy seemed to like her; she was pretty funny.

Peggy awaits me.

I like the cleaning people, too. They have a really tough job and do seem more realistic.

Why is it that hoarders never seem to have fuctioning toilets?
