If I think of it I'll post a heads up next time he's on. It's usually 10PM on Monday's....It is worth just a few minutes for the 'this used to be a real designer kinda realization."

I haven't been able to look at Isaac M the same since I read Tim Gunn's first book. He really dislikes Isaac and although the reasons escape my memory at the moment, he had good reason to.

That explains why Tim isn't a part of ALL STARS.

I loved Jeffrey. And I actually liked his dress 10,000x more than Christopher's wreck. But I'm okay with him leaving. I'm kinda thrilled that Elena is doing so well, so consistently! Oh, yeah, Korto can go, too. And Victor ... hard to watch that asshole.

It seemed to me they never explained Jeffrey's problems, tortured soul, etc, are we supposed to know what that means?

I think the right dress won, I loved it. But the show is getting so dull, just get to the frinals already.

I liked Korto's dress for a change, and I liked Korto's own outfit for a change too.

Jeffrey, after winning Season 3, returned home to a divorce situation, caused in part by his absence to do the show, I think. The girlfriend/wife left him and took his beloved son ... he was really a family man and I think that affected him harshly, negatively in his work. I'd love him to do an interview and talk about whether her was ultimately affected by Laura & Uli & Michael's accusations that he didn't do all his own work. Even though the show settled it, that sort of taint can linger.

Oh, I'd forgotten all that. I keep looking at "Detroit" tattooed on his neck and wonder how painful that was to get. He really aged. His dress had a nice color combo but stunk otherwise.

So the QVC Challenge - the QVC Host is my favorite host...yes I have a home shopping network problem. She's the one I love to snark on, but she tends to host the stuff that I watch...ie. beauty, jewelry and the 'designer' clothing.

Korto's dress is for sale over there now. Interesting enough Q fashions always go up to size 26....Korto's dress is in even sizing from 2-22. I wonder who made that decision? QVC or the designer. God forbid the morbidly obese want a cute(ish) party dress. That kinda thing pisses me off. I think the winning design would actually look OK on someone 24/26...it's not tight, and it's flowy. I think the belt might actually help to define a shape other than just *fat*.

Yes, I like Lisa Robertson too, but I must say I was shocked to see her face on PR All Stars. Its waxen frozen. I don't notice it as much when I see her on Q. I tend to tape the beauty shows.

And who dressed Alyssa Milano for that panel? Her outfit was dreadful. And what about the mentor? Did you notice when she came in the room her blouse was half out and half in, is that a new trend? Plus the print on the top (sort of a blue camp shirt) didn't go with her skirt. She is usually so fashionable. Its all so odd and rushed.

As usual with the QVC commercial, the Isaac commercial, the Mary Kay, the hair products, didn't see as much as I"d like of the clothes. They all did a pretty lousy job I thought. I had the funny feeling Korto's would win cuz it was most suitable for Q selling for many sizes, ages, etc. It was nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. Korto drives me nuts, why does she wear her clothes so tight?

I was really disappointed seeing Irina leave, I think she is very talented. The dress was spectacular, but I guess the fact she didn't know the fabric, and it wasn't really suitable for selling did her in.

Gonna go look at the dress on Q.

OH, Q did a nice job with it. I see they offer it in navy too. And you are right, shopper, it really would look good on any size.

I'm not sorry for Irina to go because otherwise it would have been Elena and during her season I wanted her to win, so more so in All Stars. I think she's consistent and I know her look. I can't say that about anyone else.

Christopher continues to bug the shit out of me. He's so lying through his teeth to not be bothered to not win!

I didn't like Korto's dress at all. I would have given the win to Seth.

And yet again we got a sob story in the midst of the sewing schedule. Viktor has AIDS, what a time to tell. I guess they needed a dramatic scene. I hate that concoted stuff. Sorry for Viktor, but it was not the time or place.

Yes, and who did he tell? Seth Aaron? Why? And Elena? Well, I get that, because she's said they were close. But still - you'd think with that story he'd be gone or win and he was safe.

I was shocked that they were the bottom two because I think they were the best of the group.

I've seen Uma Thurman and Charlize Theron with Red carpet gowns like Irina's dress and they didn't look bridal at all. And the've looked past torn garments before. Viktor's was a sorry ill fitting mess.

Viktor's (is that how you spell it?) was horrible. I didn't like the fins, I don't know any actual woman who would wear a dress like that. I didn't think bridal when I saw Irina's dress, but I hated the front of it, over the breasts and it was falling apart even in the workroom, so trying to blame the model was fucked up. Nevertheless, I agree: neither Elena nor Irina had the worst dress.
