Wow, Ratface sure made a big mistake coming on this shit show. Everything she worked for is ending up in the toilet. I hope she finds a way to sue Andy for ruining her reputation. Sheesh, I'm going to send her a condolence basket from Murray's Cheese Shop. |

Aviva is insane. Insane people love attention. She is loving every minute of playing the villian. Give her a few years (when she hits 50, lol), her actions in the past will hit her like a ton of bricks. |

I think you are right BK. Aviva doesn't care what the reaction is, she just thrives off of it. Carole really is going to regret it. I wasn't a huge fan of Carole's last year. I am on her side this year with the book stuff, but she lost her shit and that doesn't look good on anyone. |

It's probably publicity for her book, and frankly, Aviva's claims are so "out there" that it's ridiculous. I still hope Carole sues. This slander is potentially very damaging to Carole, and it makes me sick. It's not any different that accusing any business person or professional of being a fraud. I haven't read her second book, but I read the first, and it's completely obvious that the story is told in Carole's voice, it is lyrical, and very personal. (I liked it, but didn't "love it" and frankly, I think a ghost would have punched it up, lost some of the emotional impact, but probably have increased sales.) Yes, ghost writers can capture a tone, but they don't take 5-10 years to complete a book, they generally churn them out quickly, ala Aviva's, for a quick turn around on temporary fame. Kennedy's plane crashed, and Carole's husband died in 1999. Carole's book wasn't published until 2005. A Ghost writer and publishing house would have had that book churned out ASAP to capitalize on the interest right after the crash. It really makes me ill, and Aviva shouldn't get away with this. I agree with Carole, and with Heather's blog on this one. 100% As far as what is a "real" writer? To me, it's less about being published, or education, and much more about writing. People who have always written, practiced, re-written, have a voice, or something to say, and have that, as dilbert says, undefinable "something" that makes what they write touch people, published or not. Any "real" writer knows that it's not "a long email" or "easy" except at times when it just seems to flow out of you, (which rarely lasts long enough for an entire book.) Be it songs, poems, stories, or a book, it's much more about your interesting voice than exquisite grammar. That's one of the things editors are for, along with fresh eyes, and catching continuity errors and other details. Even Jane Austen had to learn, and hone her craft, and be denied by publishers, and she is one of the greatest writers of all time. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that writing is hard, or at least good writing generally is a lot of work. For Aviva to dismiss this, or compare her ghost written 3 month book to Carole's is beyond insulting. Had Aviva not lied about the ghost, and simply said "Yes, I had a story to tell that I felt was important, but I needed help with expressing the feelings, and I'm very grateful that my co-writer was able to help me with that." I believe Carole when she says she would have supported her. Instead, not only did Aviva lie, and make light of Carole's career, and insult her family, AND try to age-shame her, she also tried to damage her reputation and job. I hope Carole sues her ass off. |

andme, if you read the blogs this week, something else to fight about comes up, not sure if it's related or not. It SEEMS to have something to do with Aviva's publicist/companion though. At least this fight is over something significant with real life consequences, instead of the stupid RHBH bullshit. |

I don't doubt that Carole has a valid complaint, I just don't want to hear about it all season. Unfortunately, these shows seem to drag a fight out week after week with the same argument being rehashed. On to a new argument! |

I hope they throw books at each other. Let's face it, RH shows are heading in this direction. I saw the previews for next week. Who's the new crazy cunt that Holla threatens? |

I think the "new" chick is that image consultant who was at the top of the stairs and who grabbed Aviva's arm to stop her from continuing the fight with Carole. I don't think she lasts. I hope not. I didn't enjoy the snippet we saw. |

Is she the one who we saw stories about back when they were filming and the stories said she is a total fame whore? Or am I thinking of someone on NJ? |
