I think the listing was shown before, but not all the inside pics. I think Ramona did a great job opening up that apt with the huge windows etc. I like it. It looks warm and comfy and the rooms look big. I'm sure Kasey wants more 21st century digs in a younger neighborhood. |

That is not the furniture I recall seeing during the show; I wonder if Ramona took the furniture and Mario had to have it staged? I also can't see Avery in that girl's bedroom. It wasn't the room she was shown to have either, unless I'm remembering wrong. |

Ramona must have gotten another apartment. I wonder where? Maybe she got the furniture in the settlement. Kasey wouldn't want it. I don't remember Ramona's furniture as seen on the show. |

They wouldn't buy new furniture or redecorate. They would have just put simple bed not wall paper and those ugly wall coverings perhaps they have to split the apt and it must be sold or he got it. Who knows? It's quite a great space and I think it's in a prime location. Weaver is it west of lex? I thought it was. What's the asking? |

Its right on Lex, but the entrance is on 80 Street east of the corner. The Douglas Elliman Listing is not showing, oddly, but this site shows it at $4495. I think that is not bad for an apartment this size. Great views and light (south and west). http://www.blocksy.com/nyc/sale/124177-201-east-80th-street-16e#/0 |

My dad just sold his 3 br 3 bath for $3 on89/3rd. Hers is much bigger better location views much worse. They may get ask or close to it. Need to know the square footage. The people who bought it are going to gut it and open it up. Probably make it a 2 br |

I remember the wallpaper as Avery's. And I do think that is Ramona's old furniture in the living room. They took out the heavy drapes and rugs and some extra furniture and left the basic stuff. How much is the Hampton's house going for? She is selling right? That country french kitchen with tile counter tops needs an update. So funny to see the NYC apt still had the white gas stove. So used to seeing all the stainless now. Edited by Finestra, Oct 2 2015, 12:02 PM.

It's my memory that says the furniture is different mainly because I loved the peach colors and there was an extra large chaise lounge that seems to be missing. Ah, I'm getting old, could be completely wrong. |

Its 2496 square foot. So ask was $1801 a sq ft, monthly maintenance $1950. Very convenient location. Way back in the day I lived at 212 East 77. Loved that neighborhood. |

Not a bad maintenance for that size and full service building. I guess the kitchen was rarely used so they cleaned it up instead of ripping it out for a redo since whoever buys it will want to change it again |

Street easy said Romanas apt is no longer avail Did not say it sold or is in contract. so either a private sale or off the market for now http://streeteasy.com/sale/1174283 Monthly charges much higher than listed. You have to include the monthly taxes. Once you do that it makes sense since it's a condo. Coops just give your me maintenance number Edited by cccharley, Oct 3 2015, 08:26 AM.

Interesting. It was listed by Douglas Elliman months ago. Somebody, might have been me, posted it. When I looked at Elliman this time, it was not there. Wonder if it is sold. Yeah, that monthly makes more sense. So was your Dad's on the south side of the street on the corner? Stones throw from Ramona and Mario. Edited by weaver, Oct 3 2015, 08:56 AM.
