Yeah it's sad. He said it's too big now and he has to take care of my mom. Those of you who may not know she has advanced altzheimers and is still at home. He has to pay for her care and probably eventually a home. God it's hard for me to talk about his but cathartic at the same time. It's a bldg from 89. He bought during construction. It's on the se corner. Yes close to Ramona! It has 3 balconies. One is a wrap around. Terraces are
Large and deep. The view of CP IS GORGEOUS watching the sunset

It's so hard to have our parents age - especially when one of them gets a serious illness. Sorry CCC.

I admire your father for keeping your mother at home. That is a big drain emotionally and financially. So sorry, ccc.

Yeah she has a helper 6 days a week who sleeps in. So he'll rent a two bedroom until he finds one to buy. In the mean time he has his house in EH where he spends over half the year. Helper is leaving in January just when he's moving and he has to find another one which isn't easy

Very lovely apartment, CCC. He has great taste; I'm sure his rental will be lovely, too. But I'm so in awe of his steadfast care of your mother. That is a tough row to hoe. Bravo to him. I wish more people were like that.

So that explains why it isn't listed anymore.

Mario gave up the Hamptons house and the apt in the city.

Now who could take a lesson from this settlement? Hmmmmmmm, let me think.
