Hear, hear, WW. I want Aviva to go to Mars or Hell, whichever is further.

Oh, I think Aviva and her perv of a father are despicable. But they are so crazy they perfect for reality tv. PLus, she lends herself so well to jokes about the leg.
I remember the scene last season when they were in the health food store. She dropped what? like 500 dollars on food. I spend that in a MONTH for food. She has no clue how others live.

I think Aviva is a person who thinks she did it "right" and that's why she has $. She's contemptuous of the rest of us.

Kind of like Kim Z tag line on Atlanta - asked, believed and received.

She's a snob. Knew it from the first show. Pervy dad was the celebrity accountant of whom she name dropped often. She went to expensive private. She's like our own personal goopy. I saw her in a picture with an old friend of mine from college in their ridiculously expensive house and I was like ugh. Definitely a friend of his wife's who has been on a few reality shows herself. She runs that PR firm that is decorated in all pink

The husband met her dad years and years ago when he worked for Virgin. He was kind of shocked to see how gross he was now.

Sonja skied in Gstaad and vacationed in Thailand in the last six months. I'm not going to lose any sleep over her money problems.

This cracked me up because yeah, Aviva's dad is super gross. But I think he's the perfect counterweight to her entitled snobby craziness. So she was overeducated in fancy private schools and thinks her manners are impecible but she screams like a banshee and her dad is on TV trying to bone every female in sight. Frankly, The Vickster has as much class as Aviva.

They just had commercials for the return of Million Dollar Listing NY last night and have a new guy ... Michael is out. I wonder if he was pairing with Sonja to make himself look better -- then she got cut from her show and he lost his ... but then again, she could still re-sign and he could ... well, nothing. He's pretty boring and not a good salesman or reality show character.

Well, Michael didn't have the personality for TV, but I liked him as a salesperson. He wasn't hyper like the other two crazies. Plus he had studied the architecture and floorplans of all those great Park Ave buildings, that's a big plus in my book. If I had the dough and was looking on the UES (and that is where I would look if I had big bucks), I'd use him.

There is a Douglas Elliman salesperson who has a pied-a-terre in my building. She is so damn hyper I can't stand to meet her early in the AM. I don't have the energy.

Oh, I agree, Weaver -- I'd call Michael first. No way Frederick or Ryan!

But the library offset the slippers for me.

The subsequent blonding of the hair might have done him in for me though.
