Yikes..it's right next to a parking garage? Wouldn't that lower the value?

Love this...perhaps because there was a Blackberry in it?

She also noted that the house is easy to maintain and said she’d fixed one of the toilets earlier that day.
“I’m the queen of toilets,” she quipped.

I thought of Sonja yesterday. I swiped a tube of some sort of mask off my sink and it went right into the toilet. It was just the perfect size to go down 99.99%. It took me about 15 minutes to yank and yank on the edges to get it out.

Even if someone likes her style, they'd have to do so much over. It looks in disrepair and very old. And that parking garage sign doesn't help. And it is east of Lexington. Still, prices are off the wall now; you'd have to consult with Frederik for the current comps. :D Comparable stuff on Corcoran's site was the same price. For that money, I'd want a huge apartment, full service, built in the last ten years. Her property taxes are $42K. Yikes.

Speaking of Frederik, why do they quote a price per square foot and then always manage to get more than that?

I wonder if the piss soaked doggie training pads come with it?

What about the dog shitty patio?

Anywho - I think I recognize the Corcoran name. Was this one of the firms from Selling NY? Also - I wonder if this is the same Corcoran group founded by that Barbara Corcoran from Shark Tank?

Lol - Ramona tweeted about the luncheon - not her tantrum!
Quote:

“The Real Housewives of New York City” co-star Ramona Singer caused a stink on Friday night at Brasserie Cognac East on East 70th Street because a hostess had booked her daughter Avery’s high school graduation party for Sunday afternoon — even though the newly opened restaurant doesn’t serve lunch yet. Ramona stopped by Friday, opening night, to make sure everything was all set for the party of 10. When she learned Avery’s celebration would have to be postponed, Ramona burst into tears and began pleading with chef Florian Hugo. “She cried in front of the entire restaurant,” said a witness. Ramona confirmed the incident to Page Six — tears, tantrum and all. “This is my only child graduating high school,” she said. “I got so crazed, I said, ‘You have to help me.’ ” Managers offered to throw her party for free at Serafina, which is run by the same owners Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato — but Ramona was set on throwing the bash for Avery at Cognac East and declined their offer. “She insisted on it because the private party room is purple, and purple is her daughter’s favorite color,” our source said. After much begging by Singer, the restaurant agreed to open up just for Avery. We hear the party went off without a hitch, although Hugo had to bring in staff who hadn’t expected to be working.

Interesting....I'm not the biggest Ramona fan, but why would they accept her reservation in the first place if they didn't serve lunch yet?

I don't know where to put this but Haute Look is having vintage Hermes and LV bag sale. They are all already on hold - some for over 16K.

For once I agree with Ramona, although not with the tantrum and the stomping of feet and the purple nonsense.

One of the Serafina owners lived next door to me for a long time. He had an obnoxious air about him all the time. My doorman told me he owned a restaurant but I didn't think anything of it. Then one day I was walking out of Barney's and I saw him in front of Serafina with that same obnoxious look. From that point on I kept reading about him and his business partner expanding all over the place. Sigh, I should have tried to get to know him.
