Nana Meriwether, 2012 Miss USA, dismissed any ‘Real Housewives’ rumors about her as reality-show story lines.

Bravo struck reality TV gold while filming the latest season of “The Real Housewives of New York City.”

Two weeks ago, producers arranged an awkward run-in between Aviva Drescher and 2012’s Miss USA, Nana Meriwether, at a luncheon hosted by “RHONY” co-star Countess LuAnn de Lesseps. At the event, Drescher was heard loudly announcing that Meriwether “hooked up” with Drescher’s 77-year-old father.

Drescher, first to arrive at the lunch at Gallow Green rooftop, spotted Meriwether walking in soon after — and believed the beauty queen was the woman she thought had joined in a threesome with Drescher’s oversexed septuagenarian father, George Teichner and his 25-year-old fiancée. (Note: We have no knowledge of what, if anything, went on behind closed doors.)

“Nana shows up and Aviva says, ‘How do I know that girl?’ ” one guest at the party tells Confidenti@l. “Aviva thinks she knows her and texts her ‘RHONY’ co-star Heather [Thomson] across the room and Heather screams and starts laughing.”

Thomson then beelined her way to Drescher and begged her to tell the absurd story, which was loud enough for other guests to hear in its entirety.

“Ramona [Singer] was listening, too, and Bonnie Fuller,” the editor of Hollywoodlife.com, says our source. “Aviva said, ‘She may have had a three-way with my dad and his girlfriend not too long ago,’ and she was laughing.”

We’re told de Lesseps fumed over Drescher’s allegation and confronted her about bringing it up at the luncheon.

“LuAnn was appalled,” another source tells us. “The etiquette was not right for the luncheon. Everyone there was talking about it and LuAnn was very unhappy about Aviva’s behavior.”

When reached for comment, Meriwether told us she met Teichner at Jill Zarin’s house, but that nothing happened between her and him and that rumors are Bravo “fishing for story lines.”

Aviva Drescher, with her father George Teichner, was taken aback to see Nana Meriwether at a 'Real Housewives' luncheon.

Drescher’s father, once an accountant for the Beatles and Woody Allen, has been seen on the show acting wildly inappropriate with her co-stars. He once told Carole Radziwill on air that he wanted to have sex with her and Sonja Morgan and that, despite his age, he doesn’t need Viagra.

Teichner just got engaged to his much younger lady friend, who works at a nail salon in Miami “putting sparkles on people’s fingers,” a source says. Drescher even threw her dad and stepmom-to-be an engagement party in New York to celebrate.

The “RHONY” cast is currently shooting in Montana, where they’re stuck in the wilderness together bickering.

“They’re all in a log cabin, riding horses,” our source says. “Aviva didn’t go because she has bad asthma.”

I love it when The Countless gets all bent on the etiquette of a situation, especially since getting bent about etiquette is the worst breach of it, lol.

Is that code for Reid couldn't come with her despite his already having the logger/outdoorsman outfit?

LOL, Icy. Maybe Ramona did something to guarantee Aviva doesn't show up and wreck all of her and Sonja's fun.

honestly I'm glad they didn't break those 2 up. They give me lots of laughs together. I'd hate if they had a falling out. Much worse to me than the jill and B thing since I could never stand B. Of course we all remember the red dress moment and the fake crying. I think they should bring back that style full time. Matching dresses with coats. I have pics when I was little that my mom bought me at like 5 (I think around that age) they were so cute and always looked sophisticated and attractive. Then a little matching pocketbook - yes I still say Pbook instead of purse. A purse to me holds coins.

CCC, that wasn't fake crying. That was real. She looked great because she cares about fashionable clothes without caring about the hottest trends and what's off the runway (like Alex and Simon). But just because someone dresses well does not mean they don't cry. And Jill, for all her many faults, is a person who can be a great friend ... and therefore, the loss of that would be hurtful. Especially so publicly and over something that paints Bethenny as an uncaring person (Bawby's illness, lest we forget "he was cut from HERE to HERE") who is going to die alone and friendless.

For me, it was partly how personally devastating the whole mess was that sealed Jill's fate. If it had been about something stupid that wasn't so deeply personal, that didn't push all Bethenny's buttons, I might have chalked it up to HW drama. But Jill knew was mattered to B. She can pretend all she wants that she just did it for the show. I felt it was about jealousy and about letting fame go to her head.

Jill's paying for it like someone who goes to easy prison. Prison, but with all the comforts.

But I digress. I like that style, too. Reminds me of Madeline.

I loved that style too ccc - it's classic and we don't see it very much anymore. I think Bethenny had better style before she probably got a stylist.

I dont' think Bethenny was fake crying at all but I will say that the scene was well done by the editors and photographers.

I don't think it was all fake but since she has come out so "honestly" to say that she did it all just to get ahead I have to assume that a lot of it was an act. She stomped on people and had no concern about how anyone else felt. She did it on her own show as well. Sure - there were some real tears but inside I think she's pretty empty but for dollars. No matter - still FLOVE that dress. You know we'll never agree on her - ever.

So true but I like that most of us agree on that red dress/coat outfit. :)

I have a grey shot silk and a lavender silk/linen dress/coat combo outfits that I love. They are timeless. They are each over 15 years old. Of course I don't look nearly as good as Bethenny did in her red one. It looked great with her dark hair.

We will never agree. But she didn't say that -- she said she did the show to get ahead, never said she lied to get ahead.

Oh, I think the crying was fake and perfectly orchestrated for maximum sympathy. She had to get out of the limo to call Jill and cry? Nope, it was to show off how fabulous she looked and to make her the victim. And it worked perfectly.
