Oh, weaver. I feel the same way about the Good Wife. When they had Cary in prison, they almost lost me. And I hate the episodes with the flashbacks and dreams. I wish that had cancelled the Good Wife and kept the Mentalist.

Are you ladies watching the Blacklist or Backstrom? Love them both.

I hated Carey from the start, and then when we had all the closeups of his thin lipped constipated looking face for weeks and weeks and weeks while he was in jail and on trial, I could not stand it.
Then when he got out I thought OK, now its back to law cases, but nooooooooooo. This SA election has gone on longer than the Iowa primary. And everytime there was a break in the show due to award season or basketball or whatever I had hope again, and then they did the "internal monologue" show, and I gave up. NO MORE FOR ME. So artsy fartsy, and all I want is a good legal case at Lockhart Gardner. Why do I need a whole show devoted to Alicia's internal mumblings. If there was good writing those moral dilemmas should be clear without thier having to write a whole show about it.

And for what they've done to the Kalinda character, the writers should be shot.

I thought Chay was a woman until they said "he." Felt sorry for him, but he seemed to want to get out of the lifestyle he has, so I think he will succeed.

Mad Men tonight!

Weaver/fin - was Chay in college?

And back to the Good Wife for a sec.. Could it possibly be a new one tonight? I hope not because the description says something about an investigator looking into the case against Cary. If they dredge that up again, my head may exude.

I didn't hear any references to Chay being in school. I remember his aspirations were to WORK and live like everyone else.

I still have The Good Wife on my DVR. Please tell me they didn't dredge up Cary's case again, or is a way to write off Kalinda. She is getting her own show next year, I read. I decided not to delete TGW just in case I have a really boring sick day and want to binge watch. Course I have Judge Judy for that purpose. I still like Julianna M in spite of the terrible writing this year.

How do these 600 lb people afford to live? They all end up getting apartments that look decent? They are always getting new vehicles? Are they living off of social security? It does seem common to the group of them that they are lacking parents, but I can't imagine any of them having received an inheritance of much.

I'm surprised Marla didn't drive Dr Now to drink.

That Marla was sure passive aggressive. At the end was she really making progress, my DVR cut off. Seemed to me she could barely get out of the chair still, after one year. It was never clear why she wanted surgery in the first place.

The daughters will be Dr. Now candidates in the not too distant future.

I love how they eat on their stomach.

I want to know how all these people get people to wait on them the way they do.

I stopped at McDonalds today. I never go in there, but I was tired and needed a break. I ordered a medium vanilla shake. It was $4.02. That is not so cheap. Will never understand how these obese people can afford their food.

You're right about Marla's daughters. I wonder if the ever address the kid's weight issues?

How about Marla breading and frying the chicken on her bed cooking board?!!!

I did get a good laugh out of Marla cooking on her stomach.

They are doing follow up shows. One about Olivia who lived in the basement in Chicago and had a twin. She moved to Houston to live with her brother. Several others. I can't remember their names.
