Bacon Burger Bombs SERVINGS: 8 servings PREP TIME: 25 min COOK TIME: 20 min TOTAL TIME: 45 min INGREDIENTS 1 (16.3-ounce) can large flaky layer biscuits 16 frozen meatballs 16 ˝-inch Cheddar cheese cubes 8 slices HORMELŽ BLACK LABELŽ Maple Black Pepper Bacon, cut in half Ketchup and mustard DIRECTIONS 1. Heat oven to 400 2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Separate each biscuit in half and press into 3 inch circle. Place 1 meatball in center of each dough circle. Top with cheese cube and wrap dough around meatball and cheese cube, pressing to seal. 3. Place bacon slices on paper towel-lined plate. Cover with paper towels and microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Wrap each bomb with 1 bacon slice and secure with wooden pick. 4. Place bombs on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until dough and bacon are cooked through.
