Now you have read the rules and you are ready to join, you must create an application form. Please fill out this form below and post it in a new thread titled with your characters name. Full Name*: The full name of your character Position applying for*: Student/Teacher Teaching Position Preference*: Reference Pic: If you have a reference pic, please place one here Date of birth*: The date of birth of your character laid out day/month/year Origin/Ethnicity*: The Origin/Ethnicity of your character, if he/she lived in a different country to his origin, put that in brackets Blood Status*: This means if your character is Pure-blood, half-blood or muggle-born Wand*: Put the Wand you have decided on here. You describe it as [Wood] and [Core] [Length], for example Cedar and Dragon heartstring 11" Special traits/abilities: All special traits and abilities your character has, such as, animagus, parseltongue, etc. Students are not allowed to have these unless they are first approved by the RAH. To ask for approval to use such a trait, please personal message me. Best Subject: What is your characters best subject? Worst subject: What is your characters worst subject? Favorite Spell/s: What are your characters favorite spells to use? Patronus*: When your character casts a patronus, what animal is it? Personality: Explain your characters personality Appearance*: Explain what your character looks like, this is useful even if you have a reference picture.
