It is one of the compilation mods, containing various graphic upgrades and bug patches, also some game tweaks to headlamp range and carrying weight limits etc.
I am going to try the Oblivion Lost mod next as that is said to be more like the game was originally going to be like.

I should mention that the ending I had was one of the "bad endings", I am now going to try for a "good ending".

Zelda - Twilight Princess

Well...according to the game clock, I'm about 10 hours in, but I have a horrible suspicion that the clock includes the coupla hours here and there that the game is paused...anyway, apart from that it's "meh" to the max for me so far. The Wii really can't do "realistic" graphics without coming across all muddy and texture-poor. Stick with the cartoony goodness of Super Mario Galaxy and Zak & Wiki and everything's great - attempt to go anywhere near the PS3/360 on my 37" 1080p telly and it makes my eyes hurt.

So far, it's not a bad game, just not grabbing me in any way.

Timeshift

Had this from Tescos for a while, but haven't played it for ages - it ain't bad, but it ain't great either.

Zakk & Wiki

Need to get back to this, too - even though the puzzles make my poor, old man's brain hurt!

This game pissed me off so much I had to trade it in before I injured myself.

It's clearly a wonderfully inventive game, with amazing graphics for the humble Wii, but it should come with a health warning.

I've realised I find logic puzzles about as enjoyable as Capcom boss battles :Zzzz:

Mate - the Games(tm) review states that there's some fuckin boss battles in it that made THEM tear their hair out! Will probably only play this up to a certain point if you get my drift - I'm an easily-angered fuckwit!! :fingers:

More Call of Duty 4 (PS3)

I've been so addicted to the multiplayer elements of this game that I only completed the single player campaign last night. Having done so I unlocked the arcade mode and was completely amazed.

Is it just me, or is this almost exactly the same as 'The Club' but with better controls, graphics, sound etc?

I can now see myself endlessly replaying levels to improve my score. What an un-fucking-believable game this is. Way to set the bar Infinity Ward

I play this currently on a Rear Projection 40" Toshiba and the graphics are fine, also give it few hours on the 1080p 40" bravia downstairs as well and seems also fine, I know its nothing compared to the 360 or PS3 but I'd trade amazing graphics for average ones if it means the gameplay was doubled. I dont feel they've tried to go with Realistic graphics at all really, I think they've just moved away from the absolute cartoony look of Wind Waker and went for the Ocarina of Time look.
I've give this 24hours of my time now and can only say it continues to get better and better..... (with minimal pauses involved)

But I'd rather have "sharp cartoony" graphics than blurry semi-realistic ones on the Wii. It was for this reason (and the fact that I'd finished it on the Gamepube) that I sent Resi 4 back to Tescos online after only playing about 30 mins of it on the Wii - a big, HD telly just screams out all of the graphical lameness if cartoony stuff ain't being done. I repeat: Super Mario Galaxy looks lovely.

Such a shame that Nintendo couldn't have squeezed a better GFX processor in there - it probably would have made it THE console of choice this time round. Oh well.
