Yeah, that is pretty quick. With exploring everything it took over 30hrs. It depends, quite a few of them get offed but you can choose between two (aka kill the moany ones that you can't knob) and some you won't kill if you go through as paragon, as you'll end up hugging it out.

Depends really-ME2 may appeal to you as there's less story and more action, but I found it more of a flat experience this time and didn't really care for the characters.
Yeah - it might appeal to me more, like you say.

Usually, I take aaaages to "finish" games by getting distracted with side-quests and stuff, but I just had no inclination to do that with ME1...less story and more shooting may be the way to go!

I've read a few people say now that they tolerated ME1 but absolutely loved ME2. You definitely need to try it out now you have a character to import and carry on playing with.

I've just finished ME2 and I'm diving right back in to ME1 to play as a female renegade.

I've been diving back into GTA IV as well. I can't believe it isn't far off being 2 years old. Scary shit - I'm getting old too fast!! :( Going to finish it off and then play Lost and Damned again. Although I prefer San Andreas as a setting, GTA IV's city is so lush i am not ready to leave it behind just yet. God I wish they would do a jetpack as DLC though. I wanna explore every nook and cranny of the city and a jetpack would be perfect.

I can't believe it's almost 2 years old and I still haven't touched the single player.

I never did get around to trying multiplayer sadly. I keep seeing videos online and thinking I missed out on quite a bit of fun.

I started my ME1 run through earlier this evening, and I'm in two minds now. I loved the Mako sections, but good god, coming off the back of ME2 it feels so dated. The equipment section is much worse than I had remembered. No wonder they removed it for ME2. I will persevere for now, but I'm almost sad I went back and tarnished my memory of it.

God of War 3 Demo

Some of the finest violence to grace the PS3. Exactly the same set-up and style as the classic PS2 versions but with added polish and finer gore. Can't wait for this one.

Oh and I love shaky camera effect when Kratos runs towards his enemies.

I meant to say that I played this a month or so ago, when it came bundled (bizarrely) with my Region 1 Blu Ray of District 9....not my cuppa - I'm rubbish at anything vaguely twitchy!

I had it for a bit-came with a bundle. I personally preferred Vice City so to me it was great. However I didn't drive around and explore as I did with the games when they came out on PS2, it was still well worth the money.

Well I got Battlefield Bad Company 2 and was more than disapointed - again another game completed in jyst a couple of play throughs and one which the single player seems all but forgotten as the game has an "online community"

Online is ok but as with ALL online FPS games only those with plenty of time on their hands get the most from the game. I like many of us work and have other commitments - maybe an hour a day every few days is all I can manage and so find myself quikcly beaten by people with days worth of play up their sleeves. Modern Warfare 2 was even worse though, not only did it have loads of people with nothing better to do then go through the levels (at one point my cousin had over 3 days, thats over 72 hours worth of play compared to my 12 or so) but also people just cheating and making use of glitches

I am now very much of the opinion that online gaming (certainly with bog standard FPS) is not for me and ill only jump on when I get a few friends I know I can have a laugh with

The game that does have me hooked though is Demon Souls on the PS3 - brilliant in every way and the most use my PS3 has had
