Yay, it's E3 again! Just watched the M$ Xbox One briefing which featured; CoD Advanced Warfare, Turn 10 announce Nurburgring Nordschleife free NOW for Forza 5 owners and Forza Horizon 2 (set in Europe with dynamic weather), Evolve (4 Vs 1, 4 hunters versus monster), Assassin's Creed Unity (set in 18th century Paris with 4 player co-op), Dragon Age Inquisition, Sunset Overdrive (looks stunning), Dead Rising 3 DLC, Dance Central Spotlight, Fable Legends (2-4 co-op, looks shite), Project Spark, Ori and the Blind Forest, 343 Industries announce Halo: The Master Chief Collection (ALL 4 Halos remastered for Xbox One) and Halo 5 Guardians Beta, ID@Xbox, Inside (from the makers of Limbo), Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, Phantom Dust, Tom Clancy's The Division (wow!), Scalebound, Crackdown... A few cool exclusives and some first-format content. Over to you Sony San. |

I thought MS and Sony both had pretty good shows to be honest. Though two of the games I was interested in, seemed pretty dull when I saw the footage - Destiny and The Order. The Order especially, seemed plain boring. Looks very atmospheric though. Biggest news for me was the announcement of next gen GTA V. Looks bloody lovely and nice how they have increased significantly, the amount of pedestrians and traffic. Cannot wait to step back in there and have a good old nosy around the city. Other than that, top of my wanted list is Assassins Creed: Unity. Looks lush. Then there is Sunset Overdrive, Crackdown 3, Uncharted 4 etc etc. Nintendos showing was underwhelming really. In typical Nintendo fashion, Reggie Fils Aime talked his usual shite. MS end with Crackdown 3, Sony end with Uncharted 4, and Nintendos digital show ends with a fucking character unveil for Super Smash Brothers. And that twat acts like it is some amazing piece of news. Gobshite. Some really nice games to look forward to though. On a separate note - when the fuck does Diddly sleep? Every time I switch my Xbox on, he is online playing Watch Dogs

So glad that I held off finishing GTA5, and kinda stopped playing it just before I got the PS4. No Man's Sky could be good....but could also be as repetitive as hell. I keep seeing stuff about DriveClub, and, whilst I'm fucking desperate for a racing game (traded in most of my 360 back catalogue), every time I see it, it just kinda looks all a bit "meh" Would LOVE Crackdown 3, but I ain't buying an Xbone any time soon. |
